I can imagine a bunch of people in the Sengkang area rejoicing when this branch of McDonald's reopened in Compass One (previously Compass Point Shopping Centre). After all, this is one of several popular hangouts for teenagers and young folks anywhere in Singapore for a cheap (if not necessarily healthy) meal most hours of the day. Nevertheless, the McDonald's formula of clean environs, consistent and rapid food, and prices that are affordable (though not always cheap...anymore) food seems to be the formula to many Singaporeans' hearts.

I went at around 3pm and ordered the $2 latte thru McDonald's app deals (with any purchase: Apple pie). Items were served very fast. As it is after lunch hour, most of the people are students hanging at the outlet. Affordable place if you just want to have a drink and a place to sit. Outlet is also keep in clean and tidy environment. Good job to the staff.

Order number miraculously disappear from the screen. The staff will just tell you to wait. Not sure what’s the screen for then if the numbers just disappear and staff has to shout the order number.

The self order kiosks are easy to use, though I have seen and encountered issues with the kiosks myself, one time as I was passing by, I saw there was only one self order kiosk working and people could only queue for that. The food here has been good so far, nothing to complain about its the normal McDonalds you'd get. Although I would advise not coming here around evening/dinner time as it would be really crowded and there will be a long waiting time. All in all, lots of people complain about waiting and then being rude to the staffs but I hope the public can be more considerate and kind towards the staffs especially since working in a fast food joint is not easy. 🫡

OMG..really very crowded during the typical meal timings and got to wait at least 15 minutes. Personally, I think waiting is fine, but the wait with the food left out to be pick-up or delivery to your table kinda makes the food turn cold very fast. The nuggets were cold, the fries not hot and crispy, the fish fillet burger also not warmth enough. Had two sets of fries, one normal and one without salt, turns out both also without salt.

What happen to my fries? Evm become small fries😱 really have to check and double check order alot more nowadays

Great place, kids always love McD.. though it can be crowded most of the time. Food is yummy, easy access. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

I prefer this to Samurai Burger as it felt less processed. In terms of sauces, ninja felt a notch better with its nice but not overpowering flavours. Plus it has that two cute cucumbers! Follow me on IG laws.foodblog

ordered table service through scanning qr code. waited for 35 mins, the screen of the queue numbers were all done, so i was wondering where's mine? i saw my order on the collection table unattended, drinks was done but not placed on the tray. had to personally go over there to collect my food even though it was supposedly table service, how long more must i wait if i dont? 😭😭😭 was so hungry. food became cold alr bc it was placed there for quite long.

Everytime want to buy the counter no stuff at there wait so long so nobody come idoit low service suck. And the ice cream give so little
