The cafe is filthy. Most tables have dirty plates / cups. The seating near the glass front is covered in fingerprints, not been cleaned in weeks. Queues are massive as a result expect a 20 minute wait. Let’s hope Coca Cola can breathe some life into this coffee shop!

As expected for food and drink, but it always looks a mess. Finally took some photos this time. The service always seem friendly and welcoming however, staff never tidy the floor and tables enough. There wasn't many customers in and still look how many tables hneed clearing and cleaning in these pictures. This really needs to improve.

Poor service and attitude follow up from colleague at the till due to an incorrect order. No apology and huffed at !! We all make mistakes but need to maybe own it and handle it better. Visit regularly but think time for a change.

I visited this place today with my 2 grandchildren..it was 17.20 and we tried to get 2 sandwiches...we were told from Tariq.........Sorry fridges are filled up for tomorrow....🤔... you cant have it today... that was ok.... but while i was in line i ve noticed Tariq....again using same cup over and over ...making coffees and pour them in paper cups... When i asked and pointed that its not the cleanest way he replied...that its not enough staff and wants to go home by 18.00.. If only i had a better attitude when i pointed that in my giant paper cup....my cortado....was just milk.... Well lesson to learn..... Next building is for clothing....not for coffee 😩

Met a friend for coffee, long queue, fly on cakes in display cabinet, told lady serving,she shooed it off, but it was still in cabinet, I went to find a table whilst my friend was in the queue, empty tables dirty and not been cleared, the chairs all need replacing, they are very badly stained, not a nice environment to eat in. Took ages to get served, there appears to be no one managing things and staff very apathetic!! Will find somewhere else to meet next time!

Great relaxing coffee shop. Smart and well presented. Food was nice and served promptly. Polite and courteous staff. Pleasant experience

The cafe was very dirty and there were no cups and saucers available only paper cups,all the tables were filled with trays very disappointing indeed I will not go back.

Came here with my partner and a friend and we each had a Maple and Hazelnut drink. However, the hot chocolate had no maple and hazelnut in it nor cream on top (not even offered cream), the coffees were more like warm milk weak and tasteless. The coffees came with the cream and hazelnut topping but the hot chocolate didn’t (unlike the image in the cafe and on the app and website) Also, we dined around 5pm and the staff seemed really uninterested and barked “we’re only serving in takeout cups now” despite closing in 3 hours time. Just a bit disappointed over all about the whole experience.

Just called in for coffees while waiting for car at Halfords at 9.50 on Friday morning the first table we went to was full of crumbs so was the chairs the second table had got a dirty tray and the floor was full of crumbs would it hurt for staff to wipe down tables and sweep floor after all it was before 10.00 it shouldn’t be that dirty. On a good note the coffee was good.
