Avoid the big tall lady. We don't know her name because she never introduced herself. It's just the easiest description of her. If she gets assigned to you, ask for a different one or go somewhere else. My wife and I made a haircut appointment after seeing good review averages on Google. It's our first time so we asked for whoever was available on the same day. My wife showed her stylist a photo of a BOB cut that she wanted and the "senior" stylist ABSOLUTELY BOTCHED the job. She did not consult with specifics about the length of the cut or the overall shape. This stylist even had the nerve to insult my wife's hair to suggest extra services that she didn't want. We had to come back not even 3 minutes after leaving the salon when we noticed that the cut wasn't even on both sides. In hindsight, this stylist is one of those people who think they know what they're doing but really don't. We would have been happy to compromise if she admitted that she didn't know how to do the cut. I was observing them as I was getting my own hair done and I could tell that this lady thought very highly of herself with the way she conducts herself and the way she treats the assistants. The true test of a haircut is the day after a shower at home and styling it yourself. Good cuts should still look good, but this one does not. My stylist however, was quite the opposite and asked me the right questions before proceeding. There was still a gentle upsell but she wasn't nearly as aggressive as my wife's stylist. My wife typically pays $80 for her regular stylist in LA. We're not sweating the cost. We're just very disappointed that we now have to spend our vacation with her being dissatisfied with her hair. Photos included were taken 36 hours after the cut. A good cut should not have to rely on products or blowdrying. We've seen it done.

I had the Funky Colors Pastel color service for my hair to get the pastel pink. My stylist was Ms. Nori and I showed her the hair color that I wanted. She was super helpful in explaining what will be done to my hair and how my target hair color will be achieved. She also explained how to take care of my bleached hair afterwards to retain the color. My hair didn't feel super damaged after the bleaching session compared to when bleaching at home or other salons. Overall the experience was excellent and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Azta for your hair needs!

I went to the Alabang Town Center branch. The receptionist was accommodating and Haircut was good and I was served immediately. But I am only giving 3 stars because the hairdresser and assistant got distracted with the whole Awra news and they didn't notice that the hair drier NEARLY BURNEDMY SCALP. It was on high and when I reacted because of the pain THEY WERE STILL BLOWDRYING MY HAIR! They didn't even stop until I told them or apologized for it. They may have talent in cutting hair but their customers service is bad.

Totally agree with the bad reviews. Don’t go here. The stylist insulted my hair after I refused to get a treatment and acted like it was such a chore to style it, muttering to the staff and acting like it was such a bother for him to be styling my hair. Is this part of their strategy to make you get the treatment? The stylist was a guy with an attitude. Do not recommend. The cut wasn’t even good. One of my worst haircuts ever. Have had much better cuts elsewhere. 👎

I got full bangs done here showing the male stylist my peg. He didn’t bother to introduce himself and replied to my requests in a very sassy manner (I asked very nicely too!!!!). He promptly finished with my bangs not sitting right and parting awkwardly in the middle (not even bothering to present it well by blow drying) and just leaves me to tend to the next person. I left the salon not knowing I still had the big pink claw still on my hair! He didn’t even bother to take it off! Ugh, I had to go to another salon right after to fix the mess he made! So unprofessional, the google reviews are so misleading I wish I’d gone to another place

Very rude stylist. As in bastos kausap. You have a problem with your staff. I didn't get the name of the stylist but he seems to be a senior stylist. Not coming back here ever and will also tell people to not go here. Worst service ever.

I had an awful haircut experience similar to the other bad reviews by others. Based on their description, I think it we all had the same stylist. She did not introduce herself but I was assigned to the salon’s Senior Stylist 2. Avoid this particular stylist. I went in on a Thursday morning, not particularly busy. Hence, I had the time to thoroughly explain and show the cut I was aiming for. I wanted a medium shaggy haircut with curtain bangs. The stylist did mention that my hair is thicker than that of the person on the photo I showed her. She tried coaxing me to get another treatment that will supposedly flatten out my hair. I politely declined as I’m specifically asking for texture (shaggy haircut) so I didn’t find the need to straighten out my hair nor put unnecessary strain on it. Lo and behold, I had the worst haircut afterwards. While I did notice that she didn’t seem to be following any shape while she was cutting my hair, I opted to trust her process and wait for the result. I was crushed looking at my hair after the haircut. I am mindful and realistic with my expectations. I understand that any haircut can’t 100% mimic that of photos shown but they are, at the slightest bit, at least somewhat similar. What I got was an uneven bob with loose tails at each side. The haircut did not make sense at all. I cannot even go to another salon to have it fixed since the stylist made the length so short there is no more room to work around it. I would post photos if I could so others can be warned of how horrendous and far off my haircut is compared to what I was aiming for, but I’m immensely embarrassed by how my hair looks. My sister who accompanied me muttered as soon as we left the salon, “Your stylist doesn’t know how to cut hair. I hope you didn’t tip her as she didn’t technically provide you any service but rather inconvenienced you.” I will now have to wait until my hair grows back to amend this abomination of a haircut.

Inconsistent customer service. The first impression to me was the stylist’s face of disgust on my hair being dry and literally told me “Ano nangyare dito? tsk tsk” didn’t even bother to say it nicely or suggest something on how it will be in a better state pratically - just straight up told me to have keratin there and it still haunts me up to this date even if it was already a month ago + their shampoo made my hair even more dry, worst - brittle 😭 But the assistant was very nice and the massage was great. 🫶🏻

Loved my hairstyle! Haven't been to the salon for months. Decided it was time to freshen up my look. Kudos to my stylist Herbert and Ate Janine. They took care of me all the way, 10/10 for service and overall experience. Thank you so much!!!
