Disclaimer: They're not a CGM salon, so don't come barging in here demanding this or that. That being said, for a mainstream salon, I'm quite happy with how the stylist handled my natural waves. They asked first if I wanted it ironed or curled at the ends. Direct heat styling is a no-no in CGM, so I just said it'll curl on its own when it dries. The stylist was smart, she immediately shook her head when her assistant reached for the blow-dryer. She said my hair only needed 15 minutes of steam drying. Smart. Smart. Smart. I love her already. I did tell her that my hair didn't originally have defined curls. It was originally sponghado/buhaghag, but exposure to CGM information led me to the right shampoo+condish+habits that brought out my waves naturally. The only problem was looking for salons that at least have basic knowledge of handling my hair type. Thankfully, the stylist seems to have the instincts for it. I came here with my husband, who had his hair cut like a Korean oppa's. Haha. He's very appreciative of how they took care of his hair and scalp, when it usually becomes itchy after a trip to the barbers. In any case, he loves what they did to my hair, too (because he usually hates how most salons straighten my hair). Showing you guys what we look like after our hair completely dried. I'm so thankful I don't have to go so far (and spend so much money) just to have a haircut at a CGM salon. Will definitely be back here for my next haircut.

It was my first time to try T&J and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. ❤️ Loved how they assisted me and how they explained the use of the treatments they have. I opt upgrading mine from the basic one since they were all so kind and approachable. I was nervous on how it would turn out since I’ve been taking care of my hair and letting it grow for more than a year to prepare for the wedding. I’m so glad how Ms. Cherry and everyone else did my hair. Kudos to the whole team and more power to your branch! Will definitely bring my mom next time. ❤️

My go to for haircuts. This time though I had an event so I asked for blow dry and some styling. The blow dry was Php300pesos. The salon was quite busy since it was a Saturday afternoon but I was delighted to be entertained with minimal waiting time. Thanks to the stylist who styled my hair, it really stay put until midnight even though my hair is very straight and barely maintains curls. Overall, this is a reliable place to get my hair done. Prices can get steep without warning though (very fast inflation in the past years :(). You also get the free parking perk of Robinsons LP.

I love my visits to T&J Salon ! Its always such a friendly atmosphere and they are bang on trend with the services they offer. I had a Perm by Ms. Colyn which I love. They offer so many different services and treatments ill definitely be back to try more, they actually care about the health of your hair which is so refreshing from other salons in the area.

Staff are very accommodating! Very friendly and they gave me tips and advises on how I should maintain my hair din. Thanks Ms. May for taking care of me yesterday!

I had a perm here a couple of weeks ago and while the end result was great, the customer service was pretty disappointing during the service. It took way longer than expected cause the staff seemed unprofessional. They’d constantly stop in the middle of the treatments and chat amongst each other about unrelated topics (not even multitasking) or walk away without explanation, but start service on walk ins rather than focusing on those with appointments/customers already in the middle of services.

Awesome service! I came in and was greeted politely by the staff. They immediately referred me to their stylist and she began working on my hair. They took care of me very well and used very mild ingredients and they constantly asked me about my comfort. The digital perming process was very quick and comfortable and I had a bunch of staff working on my hair so the perming process was as efficient as possible. The stylist was also nice enough to give me suggestions on how to take care of my permed hair. After my appointment was done, I was satisfied as they have given me the result that I wanted. Furthermore, the whole establishment was clean (especially the bathroom, it was quite nice). I would definitely recommend this salon to other people as they give such an excellent service that provides beautiful results.
