It's just beautiful in the picture, in person it's very dirty. The bathroom is not in order, it seems like it wasn't cleaned when it was our time, putragis still has a condom. The doors of the bathrooms are broken and very dirty. Water is lost. The middle room doesn't have an electric fan or air conditioner, at least it has an exhaust fan that takes from the other room that has air conditioning. The caretaker woman was useless, the sleepy one didn't know who to talk to when we lost water. We are all very disappointed, we paid 15k for nothing, there should be an assistant caretaker in that private resort in case there is no use and a good night's sleep. There is no water in the water dispenser that should be included in the payment, the gas tank is running out fast, we paid for the lower tank. The billiard balls are crushed. Everything is just beautiful in the picture. Don't book at this old resort, it's useless and very dirty. Even the bed in the bedroom is still covered because it's all sand. I will not recommend this to anyone else, especially to my friends and family, and I hope if anyone books your resort, they will see this review. I don't want anyone else to experience what we experienced at your ugly resort.

Our rent is expensive but the place is not good. We were charged for gasul and things but we didn't use it for a long time because the gasul they gave us was gone when we arrived. The bag was changed the next morning. The CR, broken faucets, doorknob, lack of bucket. The water always disappears. When you take a bath, the water will disappear. The water is not clean. The rooms are too hot. Our expectations are still good because they look good in pictures, only in pictures.

We are so disappointed! Expectation versus reality! The pool is dirty, the area is dirty as well as the kitchen! Cooking utensils dirty. I hope it was cleaned since it was paid for before use. The CR is dirty and the door knob is still broken! The care taker doesn't care either. The light in the pool blinked and wasn't even replaced. The gas that we used for cooking had already run out of gas, so in the morning we cooked again since no one answered when we contacted to change the gas and then asked for additional payment for Gas! Those beds are dirty! It's not worth what we paid you!

WE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. FACILITIES OLD ENOUGH NEED TO BE RENOVATED. NEED ELECTRIC EACH ROOM. AIRCON NOT FUNCTION WELL. IT'S NOT A HOT SPRING EITHER. CARE TAKER IS NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE BILLIARD IS LIKE THE BALL. JUST BEAUTIFUL IN THE PICTURE. DON'T BE FOOLED. INSTEAD OF RELAXING BECAUSE WE HAD PLANNED FOR A LONG TIME AT THE OFFICE WHEN WE ARRIVED WE GET A DISSAPOINT!
