Its a small mall located below a new apartmen. Its a 3 stories mall, offering various tenants and they have a mid size supermarket on the basement. The design is unique and instagramable, but as of now the smell of new paint is so strong, i cant stand longer than an hour in this place. Some of the panel also very dirty, they installed it without cleaning it. I hope they can improve in the future.

Just went to its grand opening. This black building's parking space is at the higher levels. There are elevators to take us down. So far, 3 levels are available for the public. The basement has a supermarket. The ground floor is where you'll find most eateries (restaurants, cafés, bakeries, etc). The first floor is the fashion, beauty, and hobbies area they call Utopia. It's got giant terrariums along the corridors. Not much is opened. Just sneak peeks with booths of the restos & bakeries that will be opened. There will be Frucoco, Mama Ann, Gioi, Udders, Chummy Tummy, Egao, Livingstone Bakery, Rass Steakhouse, and many more.

Small shopping center. Tenants are not many. Car park is located on upper floor is kind of troublesome. Only rezeki supermarket in here, mixue, livingstone, gym, game center and so on.

Cartensz Mall located at Jl.Boulevard Il Lago - Gading Serpong This quite new shopping mall and  not too big. Area is clean and neat. Dominated with black color the mall looks aesthetic combined with light and shadow. Parking is spacious can choose basement or upstairs. This building is connected with Cartensz Residence. Some tenants are : Cafe Parisien , Roemah Koffie , Maison Du GIOI , Chummy Tummy , Rezeki Fresh Market , Grid Fitness Hub , etc

Very small and pretty empty mall. Barely anything is setup right now.

The new mall in this area with the concept of the modern interior with the help of the RGB lighting that look so cool and the dark ambience in the 1st floor that make this mall is different with the other mall and feels modern and young.

Coming here since they are popular in social media. The mall itself wasn’t that big. But I love they interiors and some point of their windows looks instagramable when the sunset come. Just lacking of tenants and perhaps a good entertaiment stores. Wasn’t really ordering some food from the tenants here. Good part is, they are pet friendly mall. 🙏🏻

New Shopping Mall in Gading Serpong/BSD area, mostly boutique/artisan tenant in this mall, friendly services from staff. The building is integrated with apartment.

My very 1st time to this mall. An awesome & classy mall integrated with a serviced apartement. Consists of resto, cafe, stores & many more. A truly cozy enviroment.

A lifestyle mall below apartments. Nicely designed, ample and spacious parking space, and floors are nicely coated. Equipped with kids playground, food and snacks stalls. They also have a small supermarket called Rezeki.

New mall with a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. Its peaceful and quiet atmosphere enhances tranquility and comfort, creating a pleasant experience.

Think this mall is the first integrated mall and apartment in Gading Serpong. Heard this place from my neighbor who post pictures bout it. It is 3-storey building with Rezeki supermarket and gym. They also have few tenants like crepes, dumdum, etc. Last Sunday I went there where there is a fashion show. Children wearing dress with beautiful ornaments on it. They wear heels too.

I only went to this place because of CPCM and while every aspect of this place feels fancy and luxurious (which isn't a bad thing), I feel like it lacks generally cheap foods to the point I had to buy from other stores instead. I think this is a problem with most malls in BSD, but transportation costs are also expensive due to the lack of public transit options. It's definitely not a great place to go to unless you have something specific to do and you have a lot of money (I suppose it's common with any malls) but otherwise I think it's pretty OK.
