    Very bad service. Came to the ER from 23.00 and was only served at 02.00 and was only able to enter the inpatient room at 10.00, waiting for a very long time. There are no doctor visits all day from morning to night, whether general practitioners or specialists there are no regular checks morning and evening to monitor patients. The nurse in the ward was very unfriendly, the infusion ran out and was not replaced immediately, waited more than 15 minutes until the blood came up a lot, and was rude to the point that blood and fluid came out of the hand using the infusion because the pump wasn't slow. BPJS Class 2 should have been put in class 3 instead. Anyway, VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Nurses are really smart... No initiative... Waited for 2 hours to be called by a pediatrician, for the pharmacy department, thank you for the satset. No long wait for medicine πŸ‘

    Please improve the administration. I went back and forth to the hospital 3 times just to register for BPJS. I've been queuing online for oral surgery since August and got the queue in October. On the day I went to the hospital, the doctor didn't practice but didn't have any information, instead he was asked to queue again and it was only December.

    The process for registering executive patients on Fridays was bad, the staff only had to wait 1 hour to be called. The previous Friday and week were even worse, the registration queue was empty, so the registration queue was passed, so what's the point of taking a queue number? Some doctors are also unprofessional and arrive late, even though the patient has paid you have to wait, wasting time here. Service is much different than before.

    Anak saya udah di rawat inap disini 4 kali, yg 3 kali pertama pelayanan baik banget dan bagus, perawat ramah2, cepet. Pas Minggu kemaren anak saya dirawat disini lagi beda banget pelayanan nya, perawat nya jutek banget, lelet, sering ngedumel. Farmasi lamaaa banget. Parah lah sekarang mah padahal dulu bagus banget 😒

    TOTALLY VERY BAD SERVICE FOR BPJS PATIENTS. It's better to think again about getting BPJS treatment here. I have registered for control with the doctor for my father, I have registered twice but still failed to see the doctor because: 1. You have registered via telephone call center, but when you do the self-registration via APM you can't do it because you can't find the control letter. So the algorithm for this APM machine is that the patient must have a digital control letter registered by BPJS registration staff or a nurse in the system, then they can go to the doctor. So what's the point of the APM machine if for example you have to keep registering manually via staff?????!?!? If there was a queue of 10 or 5 more people, that's okay, but this is a queue of 50 more people????? Imagine a parent who WAITS how many hours before they can see a doctor??? It's not just treating the patient, it's just adding to the disease. 2. There are only 2 doctor registration counters. Not comparable to PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GET MEDICATION. Please add BPJS registration counters or please IMPROVE THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM so that it doesn't overflow like in the photo. Is it because of BPJS that the human resources provided at Hermina Ciputat are so bad? Please improve the system and services if you really want to become an accredited hospital

    I had a consultation here in January and my illness was really painful, I was waiting for 3 hours for a specialist doctor, waiting for a queue number, because I couldn't stand it so much then I started crying because the pain was that much, just when I was called, the pain felt really good when I finished. When he checked, the nurse shouted, "Next time, if you really feel sick, don't cry," yes, the ones queuing weren't the only ones there, "I don't know what the nurse's name is, if I knew I would have mentioned it, I wouldn't have read the nurse's name.     This is herminaciputat bad service, yes, the first time the lady in the emergency room was given an injection by the emergency room nurse until the blood vessels in her left hand burst and she couldn't get a pulse, the second time when she wanted to operate the nurse on duty/doctor on duty there was no report to the doctor who wanted to take action on the laboratory results, When I wanted to have an operation, it failed because my platelets had dropped, the next day the action was taken, when the operation was finished here, the family was not called, came in at 1, came out at 6.30, imagine those of us who were waiting for news, "Why are you afraid of it?", the 3rd time being treated. Stayed on the 4th floor, the nurse was completely indifferent, the infusion had run out when I rang the bell twice, it took a long time to arrive when I arrived at the front, the nurse on duty was busy playing with her cell phone, all 3 of the nurses didn't wear name tags! The 4th doctor on duty/nurse on duty thank you The medicine is as long as it can make the patient's platelets drop drastically, and can make the patient's blood pressure rise. They often wake up while resting and don't know the rules of the clock! 5th time, back for check up, wait for wheelchair to go to nurse, go to security, guys/girls there aren't there, why are they all used!     Don't want to go to Hermina Ciputat's sick home, X-rays are already expensive and the medicine alone is already 3 million and the nurse got angry because I complained about being pricked with a needle and impaled it a few hours later, I registered for almost 3 hours and didn't get a call" I made it difficult on purpose. This hospital is sick because the parents aren't there yet. I swear, my advice is when you're sick, don't go to this hospital or you'll regret it later. The waiter is really bad, I swear
