Crowded as always, take along time on administration process and to get chance see the doctor, might be because too many patient everyday. I think it need has more toilet. Doctors, nurses and trainers in skin clinic are friendly and educated, so thank you.

Been visiting my uncle in IGD RSCM, the services was reliable. Fast response, the doctors and health staffs are very welcomed also friendly. Not like some other hospital the RSCM is truly helpful. BPJS is welcome, Thanks 🙏

Somehow my review got deleted or whatever... Months later and the pharmacy still got no improvement whatsoever. The doc ordered the Rx at 3.30pm and just... good luck for it to be verified at 5pm. Ridiculous! Need more staffs and improvement for the IT because it is often down. Apparently it is accepting more patients for the polyclinic. Waiting time is around 2-3 hrs. The nurse is friendly and helpful tho. It is just!!! THE PHARMACY!!! PLEASE FIX IT!!! I HAVE CHRONIC ILLNESS I CANNOT CHANGE HOSPITAL!!!! I am going nuts for going through this monthly.

Eka ( the girl with glasses) she's the best nurse ever. She is incharge at Red Zone during my bad days became lucky days cause of her. She works fully attention with speedity & professional.
