I used many Starbucks never fill the entire cup with matcha latte, but this is the worst so far. I’ll have to go to different shops for my matcha latte. 😡😡😡

Great place to go to get ignored. I really wanted to like this location, but they are geared to preferentially serve drive through and online orders. When we went in on a Saturday morning at 8:30 no one was at the register. Walked in and stood at the register for five minutes, no one looked at us, spoke or made eye contact (6 visible employees working). We had to ask if someone could take our order and then it was just a "what do you want?"

For the love of of customers, please learn that a walk in customer should not be served at a ratio of 1:3 compared to drive through. I waited 20 minutes for a green tea while I watched countless cars complete their orders while I waited.

This is a great new Starbucks. Close to the freeway and an easy in and out of the parking lot.

This place is amazing, great customer service, and wonderful drinks.

I don't know why this store remains open. I've gone several times recently in the afternoon, only to be met with a sign on the door stating they were closed. At least put a cone in the drive through. A taped up handwritten note on the menu board is barely noticeable and unprofessional.

This is a solid but busy Starbucks that moves really quick and has a good staff member always manning the window.

It's a cute coffee shop. There is no ambiance you kind of feel like you're in a fast food restaurant. It's very busy in this area they just built this new strip mall. Now the coffee's Hit or mis. It always has like a burnt taste to it. And I don't like hershey so I don't get any of the mochas. Hershey's syrup is not good and coffee drinks. They only have a few flavors like vanilla pumpkin spice or sugar free. They definitely need to get some new flavors. The employees here are really nice though. Like probably the nicest starbucks employees ever.

Excellent and very clean. They had coffee that wasn't on the menu .... holiday ones.

I was here twice and on the second time had to wait 21 minutes for a coffee. If you go during their busy time expect to wait. Good for maybe a good spot to read or work if you don't mind the noise.

The crew at this location rock! They get our order consistently right and done perfectly! Since we're regulars they have gotten to know my wife, son and I and add an extra level of care for us! They are the best Starbucks crew ever! 👍😁

The Starbucks itself is fine. However... Accessing this Starbucks is like a civil engineering fever dream. The entrance is a split off from a roundabout that is maddening to access from the far side and it's very unclear how you approach from 2 of 4 angles. If you miss the entrance it is a gigantic roundabout detour through a mile of side roads. It literally feels like whoever designed this business park was either drunk or hired by Satan himself.

Every employee here is SO nice. Definitely brightened my sleepy mood. I really appreciate their upbeat attitudes and smiling faces! Happy to have this new location right by my house, happy to support!

The drinks are done well sometimes, since all the workers are new. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks for guaranteed great drinks.

I go to Starbucks all over the northwest and this one has the worst, slowest service of them all. It’s a a terrible place, they are slow and can’t make a drink correctly. So disappointing because the ones in seattle are so amazing. This one needs a lot of work. This has been like this for over a few visits.
