For those who keep reviewing before you get your keys. This is an accurate picture of what it is like being a resident of Arbor Square Apartments. Plus you get so much more issues than below. I have even gone beyond taking steps to the regional manager and instead of taking solutions, she gives me excuses. I am hoping this is helpful for those future renters. And for the property manager who is responding, please don’t bother since you have been aware of the issues for weeks now.

Great place to live at, good size apartments and very reasonable prices. Great community, safe, clean and quiet. I've lived here 13 months and the staff is very helpful. The facilities are in good shape, accessible and clean. All repairs and maintenence requests were executed well and in timely manners. Overall, living here it's been great so far. I would recommend this community to my friends.

Olivia has made what could have been a very difficult move very easy for us! Our apartment is lovely and reasonably priced. We are so glad we ended up here!

I received communication from management incredibly promptly when I voiced concerns that have since been addressed. New management is trying their best to work on fixing a multitude of problems that have arisen over the years and I applaud their efforts to make improvements. The property isn't in the greatest of shape from the past years of tumultuous turnover, but I look forward to staying here for many years if my voice is heard as well as it has been with Mary!

Front office staff are friendly, community is active, and the process to get a place was quick and easy! :)

I recently moved in and have loved calling this place my home. From the property managers to the maintenance team, and the other residents.. everyone has been extremely welcoming and nice. If you’re looking for somewhere in east olympia, look no further 🙂

Friendly and understanding staff, neighbors are understanding for the most part, and the pets here are the COOLEST I’ve ever met.

I just wanted to go out of my way today to shout out the maintenance man, Albert. Since he came on as maintenance our issues are fixed quickly and done right the first time. He is so incredibly friendly, kind and efficient. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition it’s this guy!

Arbor Square is a perfect and quaint location for me and my cats. The community is beautifully kept and I enjoy relaxing by the pool during the summertime ☺️! The staff are very nice and I am very thankful towards Olivia for moving me in. I have deeply enjoyed my last few months here and I am looking forward to the many more to come! 🥰

I’ve been waiting for a reply back from management about my carpet. It’s been 8 months now everytime I go into the office they say they haven’t heard back from the company. Waiting sounds like a joke because I know they still haven’t sent a request to fix it. If the carpet company for the apartment complex is on a contract, or takes their business seriously, I’m not sure why they still haven’t gotten back to the office about it. Do they not take the office seriously? I’m confused. Management is poor 🤷🏽‍♀️
