Found this dental office on google as I was needing a new provider. First love that you can come in at 0700. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly front desk lady who gave me an up date that I will be roomed soon. I was in and out in 1 hour for a first visit. Usually this is a 90 minute. I was grateful as I needed to be at work. During my time it didn't feel rushed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the COVID precautions in place. The dental assistant, dental hygienist and doctor very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit. I so look forward to my follow up treatments and care. I fully recommend this office and team to anyone. NOTE: Don't judge a book buy it's cover. (some have mentioned old building etc.) This is a professional clinic. You get outstanding quality care here.

I love these people. The doctor and hygienists are efficient and do excellent work. They have taken care of my mouth for years and I have referred a couple friends to Dr. Janssen. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I always receive a friendly welcome, receive a thorough cleaning with kindness and checks if doing okay. Praise was given for efficient home teeth cleaning. My work schedule is worked around for next appointment.

I saw Dr. Ingrid ​Janssen (JANSSEN DENTAL) for the first time for a 2nd opinion on several teeth with serious cavities and decay. My regular dentist said that all those teeth needed to be extracted because they were too damaged and, due to bone loss, they were loose a little. "Patching them" (filling cavities) would be a waste of money because patched teeth would eventually fall in the near future. Dr. Janssen said otherwise, saying that "she can save them, filling cavities and decays, and putting crowns on them later." I believed her, which cost me emotional and financial pains. She filled two of my bottom front teeth. She then GLUED the back of four of my bottom front teeth TOGETHER using composite resin fillings that's used to fill cavities and decays WITHOUT TELLING ME! The GLUED AREA was THICK and BUMPY and SANDY. She didn't fix it, but instead, she instructed her dental technician to GRIND IT and rushed to another patient. The tech used the GRINDER used for cleaning teeth in her attempt to smooth it out UNSUCCESSFULY.​ I've been having to deal with extreme uncomfortableness in my mouth all my waking hours since then. I had to pay $791 out of pocket after my insurance coverage. Hence, I saw a Dentist ​of AFFORDABLE FAMILY DENTIST (Tumwater, WA) who was a blessing. First, he "gasped" literally when he saw the glued four bottom front teeth, then asked me who did this with anger toward the who. Importantly, he gave me a real diagnosis ("My severely damaged teeth were not savable. Filling cavities and decay was a waste of money."). Additionally, he was never in a rush in explaining and answering my questions, giving me detailed reasons, options, and his recommendations. So, I saw an oral surgent, who gave me the exactly same diagnosis as the Dentist of AFFORDABLE F DENTIST did. He, too, "gasped" literally when he saw my glued teeth.

Always happy to hear how my mouth is faring. Judy is super personable and is patient teaching me new oral hygiene. Dr. Janssen & Ann are also very friendly and helpful. Everyone is very competent. Few people like going to the dentist, but since we all should, I highly recommend this practice.

Small staff with a seamless operation. Julie is an "above and beyond" hygienist, Dr. Janssen is straightforward, professional and courteous, and Ann at the reception desk manages all the moving parts skillfully. I've been coming to Janssen Dental for two years now, and I do not regret it.

I've been a patient with Janssen Dental for several years. I have always appreciated how kind and professional everyone is there. I am a woman who is disabled, with deafness and memory problems from a traumatic brain injury. The people at Janssen Dental have always been very willing to help work with me to accommodate me and whatever issues arise due to my disability. They are always kind and friendly, and that helps to make even the most difficult appointments (dental surgery etc), easy to get through. I highly recommend everyone there to anyone who needs to find a dentist. Wonderful people, doing wonderful work !
