Very nice environment and friendly staff. I was offered a cup of tea for my throat which was lovely, though it never came, but that's ok. Dr. Diagnosed me with what I thought I had so I found her competent, though she looked at my throat so fast she didn't notice the redness I mentioned and so I wish she had looked with a little more intention simply because it seems more like she cares to be thorough and I would have more faith she wouldn't miss something in the future. I understand medical staff are overworked though. Decently fast and the front desk receptionist made sure I got a next day apt when I tried to do a walk in and was flexible with the fact I would need to be a little late.

The best urgent care ever. I booked an appointment to be seen at 10:30. I received a call the day of stating that I could come in sooner if I liked. I came in with no wait and went right back. Awesome medical assistant. I saw Jennifer the PA. She was amazing. Listened to me and made sure I was taken care of after being sick for a week. Really great place.

From the receptionist to the MA’s to my PA-C… Wonderful, kind and caring folks. They took real good care of me! I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

Staff was kind, considerate and very accommodating. They made sure I was okay during my wait. Staff was very personable and friendly. I loved my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

My provider Jen Cha PA was amazing! She explained everything really well to the terms that I can understand. Mind you, I'm a provider myself (which of course I did not disclose) but her explanations and plan of care is superb. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. Clinic is new and very clean. From the tech checking patients in, to the MA who did my initial assessment, it was all great. The MA offered water or juice if needed. My go to Urgent Care from now on. Highly recommend!

Awesome people! I know this is a new office, but you could never tell. Dr. Jen was awesome and so was the intake nurse Cornell! Would definitely recommend them. My appointment went smoothly, and, unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but the receptionist was super helpful.

We walked in for an appointment today and received an appointment time to return. Everyone was kind and helpful for my child with special needs. The front office staff was quick and efficient . She offered us drinks and was quick to respond when my son was having difficulty in the waiting room. We saw Sarah to check us in and get vitals. She was very helpful in accommodating our son's needs. Our PA-C was Jennifer. She was also very kind and helpful in addressing our concerns today. She was understanding of our child's unique needs and was quick to accommodate so we could be seen quickly today.

Was notified of earlier appt so had first visit. EVERYONE was so welcoming, helpful and professional I was amazed. 45 minutes from walk-in to walk-out and almost ALL OF IT was actually talking with PA about condition. Minimal waiting. Felt comfortable. HIGHLY recommend.

Most pleasant Urgent Care experience I have ever had. Everyone in the clinic was extremely friendly. My appointment was for 6:00 pm ( I arrived at 5:15pm) & they got me in a bit early & I was out by 6:20 pm! Will definitely return.

The best urgent care I've visited in Lacey WA. I highly appreciate Jen, Sarah and the staff for taking care of me when I went in for an ear infection. I was greeted with kindness as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was so kind. 100% customer service and the music was at the right volume. I will definitely be coming here for any urgent care matters and will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and families 😊😊😊

My kid had a nasty a cut that I wanted to have checked. Everyone was friendly, kind and was not the typical grumpy medical staff. Best Urgent care experience. Got to go home and wait, no sitting in an office full of sick people. Got a text message when they were ready for us. Will definitely go there again if care is needed.

Every time I come to this facility, I’m fascinated with the staff members and the organization as well as the expedited time. I am in this facility. I came in As a walk-in today for an ear infection for both me and my son. We were seen within the first 20 minutes and treated within the first 45 minutes and discharged no later than an hour after being there. Each staff member was super nice and very empathetic. Our doctor was amazing and she handled my son very well For him being three years old, and not liking the stethoscope in his ear. This facility will always be my first option if I need to seek urgent care.

We called and asked if we could do a walk in appointment. They said it would take a couple hours but that they would message me when to come to the clinic. It worked out perfectly. They messaged me, I left my house with my sock kiddo, we were in and out in less than an hour. This place is so clean and the people are so friendly. It’s really a quality urgent care.

I don’t review places unless it’s horrible or excellent. This Indigo is excellent. I called and was pleasantly greeted and all questions answered by Danielle. Then Manju came and reassured me with all her knowledge. And lastly Cornell hit me with a painless Tetanus shot all well having a great sense of humor as well as witty banter! Not bad for an unplanned visit due to a big ol rusty nail Thanks Guys!

I was so impressed with everything about Indigo Urgent Care (Lacey location) — From the front desk staff, nurses, and nurse practitioner. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I came in as a walk-in & was seen/treated and left within an hour. The facility itself is very clean & well cared for, which is always a big plus. ☺️ I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
