The lady working here at night was rude and had a nasty attitude. As I walked up to the register she made eye contact with me and proceeded to go to the back, ignoring me. I waited patiently for her to return. Then as she checked my items out, I noticed she overcharged me. I politely asked for a reciept. And she gave me the wrong one. I asked for the correct receipt and she looked bothered by my request. I didn't even bother correcting her and left. She was also bothered by the fact I asked for another bag to carry my items out.

Old hag on night shift needs to get a job somewhere else. She's entitled and lazy and mentally slow. That's why it's so easy to steal from here.

Nice 711, but have no customer bathroom...😳😳😶😰💩😫 Pregnant and refused to help... Good food all soda was flat tho in fountain as well. All slurpee down as well and only one bun left for hot dogs.

My friend had 2 hot dogs from this store Tuesday around 1pm by bed time at 9pm he was throwing up. Possible food poisoning 😡😡

Probably the best 7/11 around no joke. It's frustrating that both sides having understanding issue but other then that. Great customer service, not all "watch them" vibe. Weren't mean and it was super clean.

This place isn't the greatest at grave yard shift.. I know it is difficult to have to stay up and work. Lack customer service, door locked with sign be back in 5, no real understanding of the time the note was put up. Employee comes out and starts using towel to dry floors. Instead of tend to customer to sell product. The 2 items I wanted she only sold me one of them and when I asked if she got the drink she said no, it was 6inch from her scanner. I guess nothing is an emergency to get at 711 so I recommend ampm down the street instead of this location. Plenty room for large truck to get in and out of.

Went in and music was blaring super loud, their horchata was bad and when I told them they yelled at me to get a different drink and that they knew the horchata was bad. If they knew, there should be a sticker on the machine. Also no reason the music should be blaring as loud as it was, it’s a gas station, not a personal concert.

I used to enjoy going to this 7-Eleven but I feel like it’s turning into a homeless camp and it it not kid friendly anymore A couple of times I’ve been there there’s been homeless people doing drugs right outside the store and begging if you want to improve your store I highly suggest you not allow that anymore.

If I could opt out of rating, I would. Doesn’t deserve even 1-Star. Last weekend my mother used her bank card, she couldn’t by pass her pin and was able to lift another keypad of the mounted one. She noticed fraud charges on her account this week for approx $50. I also find it strange when using Apple Pay, you can’t bypass pin. Bank cards have been developed for credit/debit use for several years now, so that’s not the issue. Never had this issue with previous owners. I’ll take my business to AM/PM.

Your graveyard person who wears glasses is rude and has horrible customer service. I use to work for a 7-Eleven & I would never treat a customer who came in asking a question about a gas transaction the way I was treated
