Today they had a special from 4-8 where their basic subs were 1 dollar. All subs were 4.99 off. With this seal even their bigger subs were only 2.50. An absolute steal. The lines were long and the parking in short supply but we did park. They had 2 lines going and we got through in about 15 min. Excellent considering the number of people. They got all four of our sandwiches correct and only about 60 seconds passed from the time when we ordered until we had a bag of 4 sandwiches being handed to us. All of them were good though simple. No hot subs are made at Jimmy John's. Just basic subs made really fast. To those who posted 1 star reviews because they don't deliver to your house I would encourage you to rise from your seat and walk or ride the mile or two to get your sandwich. Freaky Fast service can't be a complished if they have to drive outside their radius. I think it is unfair to give a business 1 star because they are doing what they say they will, not because they are not doing what you want them to do. No business can succeed trying to everything for everyone. They set the parameters under which they choose to operate. Rate them on what they promise to do not what they haven't promised. Are you going to give Subway 1 star because they won't deliver you a hamburger?

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I hope a manager will see this. My staff and I eat here OFTEN but in the past few weeks there has been a noticeable lack of “freaky fast” service. My online order took 25 mins to complete. If I order drive thru without anyone in front of me it has take 15 min twice now. Watching the staff inside I’ve never seen anyone wrap a sandwich that slowly for example. I hope someone sees this and fixes something. I can’t eat there otherwise as I don’t have that type of time during work hrs to sit and wait that long.

Excellent cold subs. I like the subs here but I stick to the cold ones. The toppings are very average the bread is slightly better and the assembly is fast and excellent. I have not had a poorly assembled Sammie here. It is very comparable to Mecconies subs across town if maybe a slightly larger sandwich for the same price. $25 will get a lunch for 2.

This just isn’t a sub. Not what I asked for and I’m very upset. Didn’t even get a pickle. Do better and listen to your customers.

Clean restaurant. Friendly cashier. Efficient. Salt and vinegar chips are very strong. Password for restroom. ♿️ parking. Love #9.

Always loved their sandwiches and they have the unwich which is your sandwich of choice wrapped in lettuce. Great selection for low carb.

It's been years and years since I had JJs. I don't agree with their antiLGBTQ stance. But I was hungry, out walking, and my kid wanted a sammitch. This is a crazy expensive sandwich but it was delicious. $15 for a sandwich is just wild. But again, made with love, it was not skimpy, it was delicious. Staff was polite. Restaurant was not very clean overall. Considering we visited at like 6 and we were the only customers for like 20 minutes of the time spent, it could have been a cleaner spot. They did decide to sweep my feet while I was there eating, and with no communication. So they were trying?

Update... Returned a week later to a sandwich, Pepe, made with stale bread. What a disappointment and unacceptable. Not sure if I will return. Order online Big John a roast beef and cheese Giant with the works and it was done perfectly. Picked up through the drive-in and it was ready when I got there. First time trying Jimmy John's and I will be back.

I have been here many times and the food was always fast and good. Tonight I ordered 2 sandwiches. There were two cars in front of me and it took forever. I asked the Cashier at the window if they were short staffed. I was genuinely curious because I have never experienced that long of a wait there. She heard me but wouldn’t answer. She didn’t even say I’m sorry for you wait. I mean isn’t the motto freaky fast? Won’t be back to this location

They have their own salt and vinegar chips. Yum!!! Always great sandwiches. I enjoy the un-wich (lettuce instead of bread). I have turkey tom or tuna! The bread is soft and flavorful the veggies are fresh! A must try for any sandwich person!

I have been to many Jimmy John’s and the other night after a long day of travel wanted something quick to eat for dinner. The sandwich was amazing and hit the spot. The staff on the other hand had amazing HOSPITALITY and took good care of my wife and I and even through in a cookie free of charge. My Wife and I will be back, thank you Jimmy John’s Staff at this location whoever worked drive through last night around 8pm was spectacular. Thanks again!

This place is always good. Never been to this location, but I was grateful the follow the same recipe. I used to visit the Anacortes and Bellingham locations for several years. When I still work my pest control route's

I am working over here in Olympia for 1 week, and JJ's came highly recommended by my workmates back home in England. I was not disappointed....what a Sandwich or a Butty as we call em back home....got the JJ's Garguantuan with pickles...absolutely superb. I can not wait to call again...keep up the good work, top notch food... we need a Jimmy Johns in Crossroads, West Yorkshire, England.......

Service was cordial, We ordered the Gargantuan (always, love it). However, this time the bread was wet and soggy. Not the best we have had like our past experiences. But, for having these wonderful sandwiches in the past and only experiencing one out of the many years of service, that's not bad.

10/5/23 @ 2:30PM came as a Walk in and went to front counter. Young girl with colored hair and no name tag was extremely rude. I said hello she just looked at me and didn't respond back. I ordered and they weren't busy no one inside or in drive thru. The girl who was making sandwiches started to get the bread and make my sandwich the front counter girl who took my order came over to her and said "you can wait you don't have to make it now" and laughed. The other girl didn't listen to her and begun making my sandwich. Sandwich was good as expected. I'm a weekly customer here sometimes multiple times. I understand the front counter girl was young but the rude customer service was completely uncalled for and unexceptable. Where is the manager when all these young kids are running around being rude and chatting with each other? There was no mayonnaise in the Togo area and after the treatment I received I didn't want of ask. Didn't get to fully enjoy my sandwich. No thank you or have a good day nothing. Train your employees better. Her snotty attitude isn't cute and in. Customer service position won't last long.

Happened to be in town and at the right time and getting my favorite #9 seemed a great idea. First shock was the new higher price by about 20%, I asked it be cut in half, it wasn’t, and when I got home an hour later and was able to sink my teeth into it, I barely could. The bread was tough like it was yesterday’s at a minimum, it was a mayonnaise sandwich with about a quarter cup of the stuff oozing out both ends, two slices of small tomato, some meat and cheese but not the #9 I have been getting for years at many locations. This is a location I won’t be back to anytime soon.

The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Quick service with the app.

Service is great and the food is tasty. Quite happy with my orders here. Will be back again and would recommend to others.
