My
first
room
had
no
HOT
water
and
mold
in
the
refrigerator.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
another
room.
The
young
Indian
woman
(arrogant)
wrote
down
the
complaint
and
never
did
anything
about
it.
I
went
up
to
the
office
5
times
before
I
got
another
room
on
a
different
floor.
She
had
very
poor
people
skills,
and
didn’t
seem
to
know
her
job
very
well.
The
second
room
was
much
better
but
one
of
the
bathroom
light
bulbs
was
out,
which
made
the
room
very
dark.
I
went
to
the
office
to
report
the
light
bulb
was
out,
and
the
same
young
woman
was
working
at
the
front
desk.
Again,
she
wrote
down
my
complaint
and
the
bulb
never
got
changed.
I
had
to
use
my
iPhone
flashlight
to
light
up
the
bathroom
while
I
took
a
shower.
I
went
out
to
eat
at
the
Denny’s
next
door,
I
came
back
to
the
hotel
and
my
key
didn’t
(3
times)
work
to
get
in
the
building
or
my
room.
The
overall
view
of
the
entire
hotel,
failed
in
many
ways.
There
were
used
mattresses
on
the
first
floor
in
the
hallway.
There
were
many
homeless
people
walking
around
at
night.
The
place
was
filthy
and
rundown.
Certain
places
in
the
building
had
a
mold
smell
(health
hazard).
Bad
cable
signal
(limited
channels)
in
both
rooms.
Outside
dumpster
was
full
of
RATS.
I
am
shocked
the
board
of
health
have
not
shut
them
down.
I
am
ex
military,
whom
been
all
over
the
world,
and
can
handle
my
own,
but,
I
would
never
recommend
this
place
to
any
friends
or
family
member,
ever.
There
is
a
reason
why
this
place
is
so
much
more
cheaper
than
other
hotels
in
that
area.
DON’T
STAY
AT
THIS
PLACE.
