Very clean, hospitable hotel with all the right amenities and one of the best breakfasts in the business. I've come to rely on Quality Inn for very good reasons.

It was really clean and really quiet. Nice for date night especially with hot tub in room. Recommend for all couples.

I don't recommend this place and Super 8 next door. We found that the building is getting quite old and the room smells a bit. The bathroom is very tight the toilet almost hitting the door. Water pressure is low. Bed sheets had some brownish spots. Sound insulation is not good enough. Not enough seating in the breakfast area. The location is convenient but some homeless people sleeping in the bush and walking around the area feels less desirable. The remote control for the tv was not working properly. Foe the price I paid, I think it is better to pay 20 or 30 dollars more for the better ones around the area. Breakfast itself wasn't bad and the cleaning condition wasnt bad either just bad sheets and things are old. Helpful front desk as well.

The rooms were clean, reasonably priced & everything worked properly. Employees were very nice & accomodating. Breakfast in the morning was fresh with nice choices. There was a few people hanging around outside that seemed questionable, but none of them caused any problems for us. Several restaurants nearby within walking distance or to order for delivery. There is some traffic noise, but it didn't bother us too much.

This hotel was perfect for us. Every area was clean, breakfast was great and well stocked, the guest laundry was a plus for us. The front desk Staff especially Grace was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & always so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Everyone at Quality Inn went above and beyond to assist us when I had to make a reservation for 8 people that were displaced due to flooding. Grace made sure all of our people had everything they needed. She accommodated us delivering dinners by opening the dining room, she special ordered their cleanings and was so gracious the entire time. My folks felt safe and were very happy with their rooms. The rooms and hotel were updated and in Good working order. They work hard to ensure that there isn't loitering in the hotel and/or parking lot. There are restaurants extremely close, Dennys shares a parking lot and nearby grocery stores and gas stations: totally walkable. We 100% recommend Quality Inn for your stay and will definitely use them again for our needs!

I was here for two nights..Jan 20th and 21st then I checked out Monday morning on the 22nd. I've stayed in a number of different motels and Quality Inn is my favorite. Motel 6 has the same rates and charges the same as Quality Inn..but Motel 6 is nowhere near as nice and comfortable as Quality Inn.

This hotel has no business charging over $89 per night on any day. Should have been remodeled many years ago. Front desk is behind bullet proof glass with signage everywhere regarding rules and safety. The convenience store with connected driveway has pimps and hookers at the entry. Homeless walking all day and night. Bed was soft and hotel smelled of old stale cigarettes. Cheap sheets kept pulling off the bed, floor creaking while walking across room. Breakfast was dollar store quality garbage. Dump.

The hotel was probably the worst my husband and I stayed in. It was dumpy on the outside and inside. For 200.00 a night. It wasn't worth it. The rooms were extra small. The carpet looks like it belonged in the 60s 70s. The towels were big enough for wet hair but not body. No one came in and cleaned up towels or garbage as most hotels do. Even the smoke detectors looked out of date. The mattress. Felt like you were sitting or sleeping on box springs. If we could give it a negative we would. There are two other hotels in that area that are definitely worth staying in. Unfortunately we got stuck here won't book again.

There are many homeless people around the area, but they tend to not bother you. I assume if you do have an issue with it, it could create an uncomfortable feeling for you. The rooms are spacious, they have exactly what you need for a few day stop give or take. Microwave and fridge is all included. The staff is tremendous, if you’re looking for somewhere to stop and feel like people care about your needs and care enough to create comfortable environment on your stay away from home. This is the place! The breakfast is wonderful and easy to grab on your way out! It is located right off the freeway, so if the noise of traffic tends to keep you awake I would ask for a room away from the street. The rates are pretty fairly priced, safe to say you get exactly what you pay for if not a little more. I would recommend this place! And stay here again myself!

The hospitality is amazing. An amazing group of people who work very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible and then some! An amazing place to stop if you just need a nice hotel room, for a stop on your trip, even a weekend getaway. And their location is fairly close to many lovely places to see throughout Lacey/Olympia area. 15 minutes from downtown Olympia, and roughly 20 minutes from the marina area. If I could recommend them to everyone who stops in the area I would! I don’t think you’re gonna find better customer service anywhere around her.

I almost always stay here when I come to Lacey. Rooms are clean, beds pretty comfy, have small fridge and microwave, which is helpful. Staff is nice, accommodating. They serve breakfast. Have some pet-friendly rooms.

We got the suite, and the jetted tub was well worth the extra money. Water came out hot, everything was clean, jets worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable. Minus two stars only because the walls were very thin and the hotel was noiser at bedtime. A white noise fan would help.

This place isn't terrible. The person working at the front desk made checking in and extending my stay incredibly easy. I would definitely choose to stay here again. As others have said the surrounding area isn't the greatest but they do an excellent job of keeping it off their property.

Avoid unless looking for a place to get high Smelled terrible. The office charges extra for extra pillows and blankets. Room was clean, though carpet was scary. Air conditioning mobs broken off. Wi-Fi didn't work. The exit was blocked by a man that appeared to be homeless and talking crazy nonsense while we were trying to leave. We checked out an hour after checking in. Weren't able to get a refund through Priceline, so much for their guarantee. Booked another hotel and ended up eating the cost. Overall I'd give it negative one star because it is presented as suitable for families with younger kids. There's no way I would let my son run around in that place.

Not bad for $100 a night. Hallway did smell like smoke, cleaning fluid, and a gas leak, there's no elevator, and internet was not as fast as I needed it to be...but my room was pretty spiffy for a 2-star motel, and breakfast was acceptable.

Didn't get her name but the woman at the front desk (believe she is the manager) is very friendly and you can tell she cares about her guests :) breakfast is good for the value. Rooms are pretty basic but worth the price you are paying. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

Overall a great hotel for the price. The man at the front counter was incredibility nice and helpful! The room was clean, had no issues. The extra amenities were a plus: free continental breakfast, laundry machines available, and fitness center. Located right next to a gas station and fast food options.

Gotta say, the breakfasts are amazing & the lovely lady who cooks treats her guests so good. Delicious options, kind staff & very professional handling of everything. For the price could not complain, 5 stars all around. The sauna is incredible

We moved all day and traveled arriving at hotel at 4am. The front desk gal was kind, pleasant, and quick to get us to our room which was awesome! Room was typical but had microwave, refrigerator, and bath tub so all I needed. We got the standard queen room which is perfect for a small couple but if you big & tall or have kids, pay the extra $10 or so to get a suite. Breakfast was lovely with full menu of waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, juice, cereal, fruit, pastries/breads and coffee/tea. Next to the freeway so a little noisier than some places but easy on and off for travelers. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They accept pets. Don’t steal towels though they will charge ya! Funniest thing was a sign at desk stating do not color hair at hotel or $100 cleaning fee. Ha ha ha! Okay must have gone bad. All in all great place to crash and fill your belly for another day of traveling. ❤️

Right off the interstate, so very convenient. Room was clean amd looked well taken care of, though the AC/heating unit threw me off because the control panel on the unit was accessible, but the actual control was in the wall. Over a decent place to stay for one night.

This place is falling apart. Found a half eaten muffin in the bed. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Lights switches are collapsed and don't work properly. Mattress has springs poking through the surface. Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was definitely not cleaned before we entered. Service was negligible since we only saw an employee when we checked in.

Room and location were fine. Decent breakfast. We had nana issue with wild noise in the next room till after 1am. Tried calling front desk several times with no answer. When we told the clerk in the morning, she shrugged her shoulders and said "OK." No apologies or that she'd let management know. Disappointing.

Questionable spots, yes. Loud fridge, check. Slightly outdated bath and alarm, yes. But it was nice for some self isolation or just a good rest. Enough white noise of traffic.

Clean quiet room, friendly hostess. Dog friendly hotel but there’s nowhere to take your dog potty (reason for 4 stars). Lots of homeless in the area but they didn’t bother anyone. Great location close to highway, restaurants and stores.

The room was clean, the breakfast was average included breakfast, you could hear the freeway while in your room but it didn’t bother me or disturb my sleep. We all slept really good. The owners and staff were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. There’s only one thing that I didn’t know before hand and isn’t a deal breaker for us. There is no elevator.. I could see that being a problem for some people.
