Hill's Hallmark Cards is near South Sound Mall. Sleater Kinney and Pacific Avenue. Large variety cards and speciality items. Very clean. Good customer service. Some sale items and unique gifts. A more upscale store. Handicap parking available.

Based on my experiences here, I have no complaints overall. I've been provided good customer service from the employees. The store is organized and clean. No issues have arisen. Would recommend this spot and would return again.

Very inviting and well laid out shop with plenty of inventory to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Definitely a place to check out season to season.

Love coming here. Very friendly staff and everything is so clean. They have a really nice array of cards, collectibles, jewelry and things for baby and kids. Also have seasonal gifts. Really nice to just look around. Has really great chocolates. My downfall, dark chocolate. Reasonable prices.

I love this store because when you walk in you are greeted right away with a smiling employee. This store is beautifully decorated. It has so many choices of gifts. You can find Snoopy and the gang, Star Wars, ornaments, snow globes, Vera Bradley items and so much more! Customers can spend hours in here looking and finding such wonderful treasures. I highly recommend this store!

The last Hallmark shop in the area. Always visit here around the holidays to check out the keepsake ornaments as they are part of our family tradition. A little on the expensive side.

This store isn't starting their holiday sale until Jan 2nd instead of the day after Christmas. This meant (12.26.2021) after several inches of snow fell, many of us drove to the store for the usual hallmark Christmas sale but instead found a sign on the door saying no sale until after the New Year. I drafted this post one year ago but never posted it (originally with a lot of poor language choices as I had just seen many accidents on my way) and just came back to it because I am researching other Hallmark stores to go to this year. I will be driving to Chehalis this year. I also did not shop at this store for my before Christmas purchases this year as I had in the past, instead opting for Hallmark online, which was fantastic! Quick shipping, better prices than this store (from what I remember), and the gifts I purchased I could send directly to my family and friends. Ultimately, this store was par anyway and after last year's experience, I will not ever shop again.

Had all the cards needed... birthday... Valentines day... new baby... parents... Friendly helpful staff!
