Absolutely amazing spa! Had the 2hr massage & facial special for RP 350k, such a great price & was the best I’ve had! My face was also left feeling so clean & had no irritations to the products used which was fantastic. Lia was amazing. Such a great fit-out & very relaxing vibe with soothing music to complete the ambience! I also love their store where you can purchase some of the items they use as part of the spa & clothing etc. Note try book via WhatsApp or Insta to ensure you get a spot. You definitely need to try this place out when in Sanur! Was so glad to get a booking before leaving Bali, a highlight to end a beautiful holiday.

Relaxing massage. Clean and modern facilities with air con. Friendly staff. Affordable prices You choose the oil you want before the massage. The massage was very relaxing that I almost fell asleep. The shower is not inside the room so you need to walk across the hallway outside the room. Cost 150k for 1 hour. Easy booking via WhatsApp. Staff were accomodating when we were running a bit late for our appointment. However on our second visit the massage was shortened by 15 minutes.

The best spa treatment I have ever had. I booked the 2.5 hour pamper package with the body scrub and it was divine. Netri is an excellent therapist and ensured my comfort from start to finish. Some quality items in the shop too. 100% recommend.

Amazing place! Best massage I’ve ever had. Since you enter the door you’ll enjoy every detail. The interior, service, music, aromas - it all fits together perfectly. While you wait you can wonder around the shop or just sit and relax with a glass of lemon water and a cold towel for your refreshment. You can also choose which oil scent you prefer. Everything is very comfortable and clean and the prices are very reasonable for such quality. But be sure to book your appointment because there will be no available specialists if you just walk in from the street.

I went for a 60 min Balinese massage and it was very relaxing. There are three aromatic oils to choose from and the ambience is pretty nice. My massage therapist was very skilled and did a great job.

Had the best facial I’ve ever had here. Incredible experience. We opted for the LED facial and it including light massage on the upper body, arms, shoulders, and head. And foot and leg massage during the LED part of the service. Cannot recommend enough. Great value for money. Gorgeous interiors, great natural products, and lovely staff.

Made a very last minute booking and they were able to accommodate. One of the more expensive massage places in Sanur but we liked the privacy and cleanliness of the rooms. I did a one hour traditional Balinese massage (180k idr), it was very relaxing but could’ve been much harder. Different from Thai massage where they pull and push your body to get rid of the knots, Balinese massage is more subdued with lots of pressing.

I had an amazing drop-in Balinese massage session. I didn’t have any reservations, but luckily they had a free spot, and I could enjoy a very relaxing, 60 min massage. You can choose the oil for the treatment and you also get a lemon water before the session. The place is very clean, modern. They also have a small boutique with authentic Balinese products. I can highly recommend this place.

We've been coming to Koa since 2017. We usually get 3-4 massages each when we stay in Sanur. This is the place to get them. Service is excellent, facilities are clean and well presented. There is a great little gift shop at the from. Many styles of massage and lots of packages to choose from. We come back because the massages are excellent and everything is so well priced. I've also had mani pedis here they were great also. I'd recommend making a booking in advance, particularly in high season or with a large group. Highly recommend.

Great value for money!! I had some very relaxing massages in Koa, the place makes you comfortable, staff are nice :) Edit in 2023: Revisited since 2019. Spa is still nice but a bit too crowded. Very difficult to get a booking. And staff left our room door opened while we were naked in the room😅 and other customers were just outside of our room. Probably too crowded for my liking. But spa and massage are still quite nice.

How do ‘foot reflexology’ massages leave 2 people feeling so much worse after? 🤷‍♂️ My wife and I were drawn to Koa by the lovely store. They really do have some nice things on sale. The spa area is clean, well-lit, and smells pleasant. We booked two 30-min foot reflexology massages at 1:00pm. We left 30 minutes later, happy only that the massage had ended, but dissatisfied and in desperate need of someone else to rectify soreness that these ladies had generated through their massage. My masseuse appeared to have no understanding of reflexology. I was subjected to 30 mins of the soles of my feet having been rubbed, followed by vigorous and unpleasant up and down rubbing (can’t say massaging) of my shins (not the muscles around them!) with hardly any attention paid to my calves. Perhaps this lady was having a bad day. Apart from asking me to put my feet up in the beginning and later telling me that the treatment was done, there was no communication. Great looking store. We won’t be booking any treatments there.

After 2 times I tried to book, finally Manage to get a massage appointment at 10 am this morning (*actually I booked it for my friend but he had to cancel... Lucky me. 😆) . It was so good. Power and technic. I think the best massage so far I had in Sanur. Definitely I will add in my monthly visit calendar.

All the services on offer at Koa spa have been wonderful. They are always welcoming, professional and fastidiously clean. My personal go to lady there for massages is Netri, having just the right touch for me.
