The worse experience ever. We had dinner at this place this evening. The fried kangkong was rubbery and the soft shell crabs had too much batter that we hardly see any crabs. The worse was the fried shark meat. Its totally tasteless and this really made us lost our cool. We ask a lady behind the counter which I am not sure if she's the owner or not but the response that she gave was totally unacceptable. She told us the kitchen forgot to add salt and there's nothing she can do and instead told us to dip the meat with soyasauce. Please do not ask us to prove our case by showing the receipt as what you have ask other customer to do so on this reviews as we are not asking for any discount and we are not complaining that the bill is too high. At least look into the problem instead of asking for prove of receipt and please have the courtesy to apologize. As customers, I think you owe us one instead of ignoring the problem.

Right by the "lovers bridge", humble restaurant serves generally good food. In picture- oh chien. Need to clarify with waitress on the food serving size- serves slightly too much for 2 pax (and of course charge you for it). Otherwise all good.

Waiting time was long and the worker there is not friendly at all. Ordered one dish but end up they said its not available after waiting 30 minutes. Ordered fried sotong but end up got baby sotong as shown in picture. Don’t recommend coming here. The price is super expensive for the portion they provide.

Is it really under one roof, one attitude 👉Lady boss not friendly, the shop toilet can't use ask us go another shop. Food portioning was little but charged overpriced. Nothing special. Service was not a good but just 👌. Highly Not Recommended.

Reminder to all patrons, ask the portion and price, especially if just the two of you dining. Their food and portions actually at a fair tag, food taste too is quite nice but don't expect fresh fish varieties in this area (Tanjung Sepat). I would have rate this four stars if the services were more pleasant. The person who took orders didn't alert us on the price and portions of their dishes, which is way more than enough for two diners. But to be fair, they took back one of our dishes and cancel it off from our bill.

Crab very not fresh, is frozen crab. Worker very not friendly.waiting so long even no others customer.

The food was pretty good, service was not so good but just ok. Waited about 25 mins for our food which is quite a long time for a restaurant with only 4 tables occupied. Overall i would still recommend this place.

Clam soup , salted egg crab and fried squid are delicious!

poor hygiene, if you look past the hundreds of bugs messing with your food and drinks, there should be about a hundred more inside the food itself, inside the sauce, on the meat. the owner didnt even take responsibility or comp the meal, she just expexted us to eat it like any other tuesday. just dont go please for the love of god save yourself some bad choices and diarrhea dont go here, please just dont go

We were hungry when reached lover's bridge. Since it's our first time at Tg Sepat, we just decided to try this place as it was just a stone throw away from the bridge. It was a grave mistake! Was shocked that menu has no pricing. When the food arrived, so did the flies which started circling our food. Food tasted bland. The oyster egg was the worst. First and last time there.
