Simple place for drinks and seafood by the sea. Come for the coconut palm toddy and fresh seafood. Relaxing environment though a bit rustic. Windy and nice to relax with food and drinks here. The seafood is fresh and cooked in simple ways that you could still taste the freshness. Reasonable price and the boss is friendly and witty too.

I stumbled upon this place while driving to tanjung sepat ocean seafood restaurant (as ocean restaurant closed).A hidden gem with a very basic set up but you will get an amazing seaview with nice breeze while enjoying the coconut flower wine. We visited during weekday, ordered fried fish, prawn, lala and mini baby sotong with 1 bottle coconut flower wine (recommended) by the boss. Cost us around rm130++.Pretty happy with the food and price, of course the best part is the amazing view and breeze. (If you're lucky you get to spot the πŸ’). θ€ζΏεœ¨θΏ™ι‡Œθ₯δΈšδΊ†17εΉ΄οΌŒεΎˆδΈι”™ηš„ε°εœ°ζ–Ήζ₯ζ”ΎζΎε’ŒθΏ‡δΈͺζƒ¬ζ„ηš„δΈ‹εˆγ€‚

More of a watering hole rather than restaurant. Great for those who like drinking beers. Good sea view, windy and quite a cooling environment. Catering mostly for the "local tourists". As such, food prices are a lot more higher.

A good place for a simple meal, not many choices to choose from. The boss said his place is a drinking place instead of a restaurant. Food is nice, coconut flower wine is fresh and sweet, nice sea view and reasonably priced. Will visit again next time when we're there at Tanjung Sepat.

Hidden gem at Tg Sepat. Basic & simple set up. Owner is fun and friendly. The dishes are fresh, simple & authentic, menu is different from other restaurants. Food are so well prepared. Specially the steam fish, timing is just right. You simply can taste the great texture & juiciness of the seafood they serve.... Yummy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Reasonable priced. Recommended

Must wait if want to dine here.... chef in the kitchen 1man show. Overall food consider ok due to heavy crowd. Price consider reasonable. Environment cozy.... Recommend to drop by for a snack & a coconut wine after lunch hour....to chill in a hot afternoon.

Ang Mo Restaurant never failed to surprise us. Both bosses (the husband and wife) are very friendly and kind. The foods are superb and the environment is clean and windy. Must try is their ε†·ιΈ‘and curry fish.

For the first time ever I regretted not believing the reviews. Literally wait for an hour to get order and another 30mins to get the foods served despite that only 4 full tables there, possibly bcos there is only 1 chef and 1 people to take order. My first time spending 2 hours for lunch at a greasy spoonπŸ˜”. High level of patience is needed if you decided to pay a visit here. Will never ever come back here again. Super expensive, 3 seafoods without rice (cos the uncle not even bother to ask us want rice or not) and one Tuak costs RM106. Most unpleasant meal ever.

Excellent place for a breakaway lunchcation. You take what they have because they serve only the best of the day. Just bare with the humour of the gentleman boss. Try the toddy if you don’t drive. Let’s the breeze blow my problems away.

Hidden gem along the coast of Tanjung Sepat. Quite famous among the bikers. Restaurant is now open for double vaccine patrons. Food is good and price is reasonable. The only down side is the old run down toilet.

Cool breezy there. We were sitting outside shaded by 2 big trees. Cold chicken was nice. Sotong also nice. Need to pre-order the toddy. Its sweet with a tinge of sourness. Goes well with Stout.

The seafood is delicious, and able to see the beach side view.

The entrance lined with old car tires had us wondering. Anyway, this simple old waterfront restaurant delivered. The setting was nice at the waters edge, the seafood was good and we managed to pick up a few bottles of toddy. If I was a local I would spend some evenings relaxing here.

06 October, 2023: The place is a little makeshift, but that makes it rustically charming. It's right next to the sea so it's also breezy. I liked the seabass with black bean sauce, cold cut chicken with garlic, and little clams. Taste was akin to home cooking. Manned by a couple and a helper so, on crowded weekends, that may stretch waiting time.

Affordable prices, breezy coach, tasty foods and homemade coconut wine. 1 hour 30 minutes driving from KL considered a bit far from the city. Not really friendly service but understandable due to packed groups on weekends. Big area for improvement is: too much flies, they should have had ways to avoid this.

😠 Horrible service...I must say. Don't know why people patronise this place. I will never patronise this place ever again, even if it was the last place on planet earth. 1. Ordered Kopi O kurang Manis, and it came with full of sugar. 2. Placed an order, but wanted to change to something else hardly 5...
