Good seafood restaurant. A bit remote from the city near the sea. ... but good value for money. We spent 2 hours with Cilli crabs. Drunken lala. Steam prawn. And fried oyster , coconut toddy and Hiong pin Chinese tea ..cost around RM 190.

A fantastic discovery! We ordered Grouper with Bitter Gourd (the fish was very fresh and dish super savoury), Pork Belly with Dark Soy Sauce and Oyster Omelette. I know some patrons complained about the size of the oysters. Let me tell you, size really does NOT matter. The whole omelette was full of them so what they lacked in size, they made up in quantity and more importantly, they were very fresh. Overall, the food was VERY GOOD, except the fourth dish - Poached Cockles. This was an anti-climax because they were slightly overcooked and quite a few of them were bad, some smelled downright terrible. We did not finish this dish. Will be back to try other dishes. Price was very reasonable. Service Rating: OK

Very nice seafood and reasonable price. Bitter gourd with fish is quite special. Mantis prawns with oats is fresh. Waited quite a while on Saturday dinner.

Prefer to eat here. Find the taste is more suitable to me. Like the clam wine soup, the mani chai, the sar chui, the local shrimp, the white meat, .... All food taste is good.

We had our lunch at this restaurant. Sadly, they ran out of oysters as yesterday was a public holiday so no oyster egg today. We ordered the fried sotong (very fresh), a kai lan stem dish (recommended and it was a good choice as it was crunchy and nice), claypot spicy pari (it was okay to me), steamed prawn in egg (prawns are really fresh) and finally, a fried mantis prawn dish (this is lovely).

Foods taste at par, their oyster omelet is nice n freshly!! with plenty parking and price is consider reasonable, for those who going to overnight at Tanjung Sepat and wanna drink beer chitchat, can order fried fish from them 😀 we 9 persons order 7 dishes, 1 tea pot of tea, 2 packets of fried fish and 1 bottle of "Coconut Flower Juice" cost about Rm254.00 due to too hungry... hence juz took 2 dishes xD They only accept cash.

Taste so so only. Very salty. For dishes and 4 drink totalling RM100. The point is,oyster in the hot plate is very tiny. Lala fried beehoon, have to use magnifier to look for lala. Quality not the and taste is soso. Not recommended

Food not tasty, Omelette Oyster is strong sour taste. Ask boss comes out for explanation, she just take it back for no reason and charge us also 🤷‍♀️ Strongly not recommended 🚫❌, waiting hour - 1 hour plus K bye 👋

Chance upon this restaurant by one of the resident in Tanjong Sepat. We asked if nearby have any nice gourmet and he didn think twice and intro us this family-oriented restaurant. He shared with us that we must try their “白粉肉” (有趣方式的讲法) and we were served by the Chinese lady whom I’m assumed was the lady boss. She patiently introduced us some dishes and also explained why the dish was named in this interesting way by their returning customers. Overall the whole experience dining was good, price wise consider reasonable and service was acceptable hence don’t really necessary to compare or to pick the flaws of the restaurant as they are really trying their best to do their business. The lady boss also explained the interesting big tree history. Waiting time wss reasonable, within 20mins were all dished out. We will definitely come again if we are nearby this 人情味十足的小区. Definitely one of the worst seafood place I have been to . Despite being at the seaside the quality of the seafood they served is miserable . The red snapper , by the looks of it you can know is already few days age and the teowchew steam is more like plum steam only sourness and lacks flavour. The kung pow mantis prawn , pathetic. Frozen mantis prawn that’s broken in small pieces probably not more than 100g on plate and the kung pow sauce is even worse without flavour and not evenly coated . They dun even bother to cut the shallots properly. The hot plate oyster comes with oyster of a green bean sizes laid on top of egg omelette for rm35 ? Totally disappointing . The only saving grace is their salted egg squid which was average . Even with only 2 waiting tables , the food took 30mins ++ to prepared. Pricing wise wasn’t cheap with this kind of quality served definitely a big let down . 2/10

Home style cooking and commonly found in most Fishing village. However it’s worth trying out 1) Bombay Duck Fish ( Hokkien SEE TENG HOO ) in Superior Pepper soup or Stir fried in curry sauce.2) fried kueh teow oyster 3) stir fried Cockles (see ham )

Was given estimated 1hr waiting time as 4 more tables to be served, we are ok with it, juat ordered beers and 爱玉冰 while waiting. Crab was quoted at RM110/kg, but crabs were small, taste wise average. Best is their red wine lala, and oyster egg. Kids loves their sweet & sour prawns!

Oyster egg is highly recommended but price at a higher side due to the amount of oyster they use! 😍 Other dishes we order are fried Sotong with less oil (chewable taste good too), salted egg mantis (acceptable). Overall a good experience , only downside is a 30mins waiting time.

oyster omelette, as known as o-tsian, o-chien or orh luak is a dish of Hokkien and Teochew origin. Today I had road trip and ordered this oyster, and it is fresh and deliciously.
