During my booking, I had booked online the room with window. When I checked-in, they gave me the room without window. The room is smelly, the bathroom is not clean and not properly maintained. The room.has no table for me to do my work. The TV remote control is not functioning too.

when i need to book the hotel at sri enstek via whatsapp their staff dont ever reply,have to wait and keep messaging them and keep asking them evething then details given are not clear when we ask our doubts they also never reply. i think this is the worst service ever. i will tell about this to anyone who anyone who are interested to went this place. i hope the HQ will take some action on their incharge staff. so disappointed.

This hotel just fine on me but however. Sometimes when someone living neighboring besides your room,you can still hear they showering and knocking a room. So it feels like not very secure and weird. And the television are lack of channels. The hanger just can't get it out from it's rod. You should to clip your clothes on their hanger so if you are short height,you should to bring an hanger from your house. And the blanket are not clean. From all my review,I'm not recommended this hotel.

Nice clean room, not too big not too small. Aircond was cool. Walking distance to the night market and restaurants. Great price too. Recommended for short trip or transit from airport.

bathroom not clean. no soaps provided. bedsheets are old and feels craggy..got hairs some more. towels are thin and still have old stains. can smell smoke from the room. not recommended

My family is a regular guest at this hotel even before the pandemic hits. After years passed especially after pandemic, the comfort of staying in this hotel declines tremendously. Last weekend, my family booked double-decker bedrooms and the room was super dusty & dirty! All of us got attacked by bed bugs & we still feel the itchiness until this day! The air conditioner was not even cold and it's very HOT in the upper deck. We were very disappointed as regular guests here and we thought it would be nice to stay there as our go-to hotel since it's near to the airport too (It's still quite far but not too bad). Ah one more thing, the towels are so smelly I wonder if it's still dirty & unwashed? So overall, the bed bugs were the biggest frustration because we can't see the bugs underneath the sheet. The itchiness spread every night I can't even sleep.

No complains but.....the bathrooms. No worries getting food. Love the environment. WiFi is very good.

Considered ok for the room rate...can take e-hailing to Klia. Surrounded with numbers of convenience store and eateries.

Hotel is disgustingly dirty. The reception had random stray cats walking around. The rooms were filthy...including a used toilet on my arrival to the room. The person on reception was not helpful or polite. Tried to charge for a pillow for the room. It is a good 30minutes from the airport. DO NOT STAY.

A fine hotel; clean bedding is a issue; however the staff are supportive to replace/redo room; better in the area so becomes the default choice.

Excellent service from the friendly staff. Unfortunately the overall cleanliness of the bedrooms are on the borderline of acceptability (for a motel), may or may not include stained bedsheets and pillowcases.

The hotel room was dirty, and the toilet seat was detached from the toilet bowl :) We booked a van from this hotel to KLIA 2, but the van came 30 minutes late :)

There was an electrical outlet dangling from the wall ready to deliver to me a shocking surprise. One day I returned from being out to see the housekeeping staff left my door open an inch (the door doesn't close well, so you really have to pull hard on it for it to shut). I carried my valuables on me since there's no room safe, but still my clothes and misc. items could have been stolen. They only give you 1 key, and the key has to stay inserted for power, so expect your room to be 30C every time you get back; you'll be waiting at least half an hour for it to cool. If you take a shower in the morning, then leave within the hour, you'll pull your card out and there will be nothing capable of ventilation / drying, so when you return in the evening the entire bathroom will be just as wet as it was when you left. Truly a disappointing stay. These are all easy things to correct, but they have no interest in doing so.

Hotel surrounded with restaurants. Easy access to food. There are laundry place as well as clinic. The room is small but very clean. The person at the counter is friendly as well. Have lift. Iron board is at the alley. If you happen to have courses at ELTC,this is a very suitable place for you to stay.

Hotel was disgustingly dirty. Leaking bathroom washbasin, and malfunction toilet bowl flushing system. Bathroom was extremely dirty with dirty stained on the floor, wall, toilet bowl seating area and washbasin area. Maintenence informed, room changed, however the same, cleanliness is appalling in the room, bathroom and toilet. The only advantage of this hotel is near to the airport.

Perfect location close to KLIA. Ok for overnight short stay. Tidy, comfortable, some old deco and so needed some thorough “scrub & cleaning” or updating perhaps? Plenty of restaurants, shops, gerai makan, pharmacy, grocery store etc.

Another good place for short staycation... Hehehe.. Booking very simple via booking.com.. And receptionist friendly and easy going... The room also spacious compared to expected.. Will stay again if needed to escape from hectic work.. Located in the middle of bandar enstek so convinience , minishop very near, restaurant just next door..

The room was cozy & clean . All of the equipments provided (tv, aircond, lamps, plugs) were functioning well . BUT out of two rooms that we stayed in, one of them was provided with damp smelled bedspread . Overall , it was fine . 4.5/5 🌟

Nice and comfy.. Good services, hotel also clean.. Space enough for muslim tu pray for one people. Shower also works well for hot water and high water pressure.🙂 standard room suitable for 2 people or couple..

Good budget room with clean room and toilet. Nice shower. There are free cold and hot water dispenswr in the lobby. You can find various restaurant in 500 meters radius esp late afternoon and night.

Clean but don't forget about the Remote Tv yeah

I stayed for a night on the 4th of October 2021. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of room, bed linen and towel. Plus, good and decent size of bathroom. I would definitely return if the room rate is right (promotion). Staff were kind and friendly

For a 2 star hotel, my stay is quite pleasant. The room is kinda small but nice and clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. There were many stores around to explore, especially at night where outdoor food stalls started to open. I love how they prepared a minivan to transport you back to the airport.

This hotel is suitable for a small family cause it's quite cramped if you have a family of 5 or above

The purpose i choose this hotel because i want connecting room and i had booked 3 days earlier.. when i came here the problem that i face it is both toilet cannot flush, water also not fill up.. very terrible!! The staff need to check the room earlier before the customer came and need to fix the problem. Careless!!
