New building but a lot of defects. Rented for a year, windows gets broken and can't open properly (2 of 3 rooms) , bathroom glass panel breaks(both bathrooms) , upstairs wc leaking down to my bathroom(master bedroom), worst was the tiles In my kitchen cracked one fine day, not sure what was the cause, now entire kitchen wall tiles needs to be replaced. And this is just one unit, pretty sure others are facing problems as well These new buildings have poor workmanship, developer should be flagged

Staying here as tenant since 2016. Nice scenery but poor workmanship and quality of facilities. Poor water proofing as leaking from bathroom unit above in year 2019 and now 2020. Sequence of Lift car brokedown getting more often (by Dover Elevators) and most annoying is the boom gate head up to car park always mulfunction. Message to Developer Masteron. Please take care of your reputation of quality.

By far the worst condo I’ve stayed in Selangor. If you want to get stuck going down every morning with the frequent lift issues please opt to stay here. They will lock one lift every morning for garbage management and only the other 2 will be functional. That if you are lucky. Usually you can only use 1 because the other lift is not functioning due to maintenance. Now because of covid, they only allows 4 people per lift which make things way worst than before. The management here also like to make things difficult for tenant. Not to mention the poor built quality and poor sound proofing. Dont waste your money here.

Three miserable lifts (including bomba lift) for a high rise condo. Every morning wait a long time just to go down to the parking lot. One bomba lift is always occupied with rubbish collection. One of the lift breaks down easily and residents are forced to wait a long time just to access the lift. No ventilation inside the lift. This condo has serious lift issues. Nice condo with it's environment and surrounding area. Around 10 minutes walking distance to LRT station and a small business center with KFC, OTK supermarket, Maybank and Hong Leong Bank plus Petronas station.

One thing need to praise, committees here are very good. They always ensure improvement and upgrade of Aurora resident area for the facilities and evrything. They are quite helpful when we are face any issue trouble.. They will try to help out. Thumbs up for the committee. eWe do all thing for free

Living here as tenant here for almost 4 years. Everything is good , friendly and helpful guards except management. By far they are worst management I ever experienced, they are rude and never helpful and causing problems especially with tenants. Causing lots confusion here for everyone especially with their jagaapp to make appointments.

Visited a friend here and was pleasantly surprised that this place stood out very uniquely in Puchong. Beside the Hilton Garden Inn, this is the next tallest residence here and amidst very dense housing population, to find a condominium is very interesting. The place is very modern and has a very welcoming lobby too. Nothing much to say about the lake though but if there are plans to spruce it up, this property will be quite hot.

All good about this condo except the manager from the management office, Reuben A/L Semeyon very rude, unprofessional, dont respect the tenants staying there. Community leaders please take action against or replace him.

Just recently moved in. So far, no issue on the lift. Sometimes it can take longer time as we have more than 30 levels. Guards are friendly and willing to assist if we have any issue. Still trying to familiarize with their iCARE apps, luckily the apps is user-friendly, hence quite easy to be used. LRT is 15 minutes walking distance

Nice condo to live in Puchong Prima. Pros: Condominiums is new and well maintained all the facilities. Security is strict but helpful for residents. 15 min walk to Puchong Prima LRT station. Nothing to complain. Cons: Use to have nice view of lake from block B but the new block is started to build so might block the view in couple of years.

The most time-wasting place, there are 37 elevator floors, there are 3, if you can only use 2 on Sundays, you can rot waiting to go up and down, if you are anxious, hmm that person will die.

House cracking everywhere. Not a good idea to purchase. House rental rate is RM1200-1500 because no one wants to rent here. Most of the house and shop lots are empty. We have 37 floor but only 3 lifts available. The developer also building another 2 blocks. I hope no one will buy, so they can save their money. Very near to lrt which is one station away from Putra Heights...from there, u can easily change lrt route and also take the bus to airport...neighbourhood is quiet and also quite outspoken if there is any issues with the condo...there is also high school just next door, pre-school on site, MyNews, own mini store and cafe as well... Walking distance to lrt (10 mins), Maybank, OTK and lots of food choices around.

For residents it's good place becuase it's new building, and price also less compare to other residents, for facilities building have swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, tennis court, futsal court, gym etc. Only One problem, there is no shop or mart for shopping right now... For shopping need to go at lrt station point which is around 12 - 15minuts by walking from residents... If you have car then not a big deal.

My son stays there, the facilities are great, security, CCTV, swimming pool and a nice apartment.

Staying here as tenants since 2019. Everything is great especially the views, facilities and people who are staying at here. Most of the security guards also very helpful. However, the management really really need A LOT of improvement, especially the people who are working in the management office, lazy and rude. I know there are rules need to be follow, but they need to understand not every residents know how to use JaGaApp and familiar with the terms and conditions. If we cause troubles without knowing the rules, at least please trying to be helpful to settle the problem, not creating much problems to make the whole thing complicated!! We are okay to pay compensation if we are the one who done wrong, but they keep saying “No, no, no” rather than give some suggestion to settle the problems. We also try to seek helps from management but they seem always not in the office or sometimes got off work early when it is not even reach 5pm. Paid the service fee but the service is still not there. Worst management ever.

hye, i am one of the resident at Aurora Residence puchong at block B. On 26th Nov, instead of 3 operational lift, only two is working. which is okay. However, during morning 0900am, one of the lift is used by the cleaning staff. By means, only one lift is working. Did u know, during that time, how many person is waiting like wood for only one lift? i have wait for half an hour, and i already late to the workplace. 'We go to work so we can pay to live there'. I have to go down by stairs, to level 5, and wait again until i meet one of the supervisor (i believe), and ask him to open the gate at emergency stair so i can walk down faster to carpark. Unacceptable. Understand they have to do garbage cleaning so our environment is in good condition, please manage the time wisely as to not disturb the resident daily routine.

Overall very good except the lift which most residents are complaining about. Is a structural issue, hence minimum improvement can be done to ease the tension. Lastly, surpurb management in keeping the building in great condition. Weldone indeed...
