    Very rude management team..blame their mistake on the buyer..Not recommend to buy for this developer..not responsible for their wrong doing ..ego and never get the right person to fix the simple issue ..

    Calm and quiet surrounding. Low density compared to other complexes. New and nice units with modern facilities. Landed and Condo units shares the same facilities like swimming pool, gym, tennis, mini golf, TT and other common function areas. Security is available.

    The environment around the condo area is great, the quality of the room is good, except for the lobby! Totally hideous with the black cheap looking waterfall pond that is totally out of place. Developer advertise it as a 5-star hotel lobby look, but now it looks like a cheap motel.

    My floor was ripped off and my wall strain because of leaking…I already make complaint with Mr Vincent(PIC) but never get respond from him..the sense of urgency of team to fix is bad is BAD.
