A big show house gallery situated in Rimbayu. A new housing development started few years ago. This is one of the 4 developers having show house here. As the name implied, you need to park your car at the common car park, they will have electric buggy to send you to their main gallery. Just a short drive of about 3 mins. All the staff here are very friendly. They do have activities from time to time to attract potential buyers. This is a leased hold land and prices are consider on the higher scale.

Poor service experience with the sales agent here. Some are pretty arrogant and some with poor knowldege of the property itself. No agents to accompany you to all the properties around in eco world despite an appointment being made way earlier. No one to explain on the payment structure and details of the house itself. Intended to buy a landed property here but due to bad sales experience, i would look elsewhere for a house.

i was follow up by Yip thru whatsapp number +60 17-336 1253, and when i ask question, he/she only reply me on the next day. and it was only 1 time. when i ask him/her more question, no reply until now, and it has been 24hrs since his/her last message. i think you need a better agent to assist your customer. or at least train them more. i'm sure business property like you are the one that need customer, not the other way around. I went to gamuda too, next to quayside mall, and i must say, their agent was so helpfull, they help me calculate everything, and patiently explain to me every details that i need to know. But my daughter loved your unit more, and it made me interested to proceed on buying one unit of se.ruang. Unfortunately, i was followed up by one useless agent.

New shopping mall. Not much different compared to other shopping mall. Same international and local brands and outlets. Maybe good for week end chill out and window shopping.

If you enjoy cycling, running and jog on weekend morning. This is the perfect place to be. Tons of food offering nearby too. Great for workouts and adding back those calories.

Very bad developer, has bought the Ecosky Condo with expensive price with very bad experience on it The maintenance fee is extremely high (please survey all nearby condo) but the facilities keep broke down despite its a condo less than 10 yr age. Lift keep broke down and developer cant identify the root cause but jz repair it. very annoying when at some point only have 1-2 lift is functioning and it happen quite often (just ask anyone staying here u will know it) The toilet door frame keep got rusty despite been rectified by developer at VP vacation. Now its over DLP and the issue still thr. Very bad work manship with non effective solution The most importantly i feel been “cheated”. They told me my car park is at L6 when I first bought the condo but imagine they split all the level to 1 1A 2 2A , i have to turn 12-15 times including LG to reach my desire parking and yet do u all think this is reasonable? This will be my first and last project bought with this developer. I feel “cheated” especially for the parking, lousy lift and high maintenance fee. Everyone please becareful and think twice when wan to buy a property

Nice place for all the netizens staying surrounding areas. Mostly all the daily needs for house hold can get over here. Good and tidy with following all the standard SOP. If the outlet, doing some promotion sure will attracted more consumers shopping there. There's two more shopping complex in that area. So, the pricing will be the priority to the consumer besides the quality of the product.

High ceiling with bright crystal lights. It exudes a certain elegance that could tempt you into making rash decisions along with the persuasion power provided by the sales personnel.... 😂😂 Jokes aside; it's a nice and cooling place with informative service provided by professional service staff. Eco has definitely outdone in every aspect!

1. Empty promise, Eco Majestic new phase giving low cost fencing. 2. Many defect, the house hairline crack happen after few months after fixed by their defect team. Low quality material, hairline crack everywhere. 3. Irresponsibility, their contractor dropped something into sewerage pipe causing the water clogged. Finding many excuse to refuse the claim.

The area is very tranquil and the area is breezy though it was a hot day. Concept of the houses there is really interesting. Even you have pets., they provide a place to dispose if your pet's litter box content. Very good place to have a new home
