Plenty of reasons why i gave it a 3-Star rating. Here are a few. Firstly I would like to congratulate this island for building such a big shopping mall. My last visit here was in year 2002, there were not many places to shop easily. TCC consists of a Hypermart located at the basement. Shop easily for groceries and basic necessities. There are also many shops selling foot wears around. A pharmacy is also located at the basement. Main floor consists of a giant departmental store Matahari which stretches up to level 3. Movie lovers not to worry, a cinema is located at level 3. Enjoy the latest movies! Donut lovers can enjoy hanging out in JCO located at the main entrance. Not many shops were open while i was there. Could be due to low human traffic. Besides enjoy walking at TCC i was greeted by the amazing rainbow cloud hovering just above it. Enjoy the pictures.

Only Matahari, Mr DIY, Arcade and Hypermart are operating, peppered with a bag/luggage shop and some small pushcarts. Not many eateries, except for CFC, waffles in pushcart scale, and a small canteen within Hypermart…

Modern shopping mall in the town of Tanjung Pinang. Still numerous empty stores looking for tenants. There is department store, hypermarket, cinema, several food outlets, gaming center. Spacious outdoor carpark slots are available for cars and motorbikes. Quite good hangout place with cooling air conditioning. Toilets are available at every floors.

Really nice coffee and its taste is comparable that of starbucks. Got an interesting stall called CFF instead of KFC. The supermarket gives an open concept to scoop and buy french fries. The items in the indonesian supermarket is relatively cheaper than in singapore.

Love the (perhaps only) hypermart! There’s CFC, but personally thinks that KFC is better. Toilet is pretty clean, probably because 85% of the shops are closed. Mr DIY (sells cheaper bottled water then the hyper-mart), J CO., an arcade (can play all you want without queuing or feeling money being wasted away as it’s quite cheap!) and a department store is still surviving at this mall. There’re some small shops (perfume, toys, handphone cases etc.) operating at the same level as the hyper-mart.

It's the only shopping mall in this area. Due to pandemik, few shop remained open.. Very good hypermarket there you can get almost everything needed, especially local brand souvenir. Matahari Department stall with attractive price range.. Amazone game station, very lovely exchange rate, kids must go!! J.co, CFC and phone accessories shop is there.. Good to spend times there

This is a totally disappointing place. I was hoping a bit of a shopping for some snacks, drinks and toiletries. In the end, the supermarket is closed down and there wasn't any decent eateries or restaurants except for J.Co. Google map should update its photos of this place. I'm not the only disappointed visitors to this place.

Don’t bother coming here. It’s a very sad mall. 80% empty! Aircon and escalator is not working. Half of the machines at the arcade are faulty, there’s barely anyone patronising even on weekend.

Wasted our journey to there. Most of the shop is closed. Went there on Monday afternoon. Escalator not working. We brought our baby there with pram. Its a challenge. We were there for only 5 minutes and out to somewhere else . No food , only JCO.

It's the biggest mall in Tanjung Pinang. Consider a good variety of goods for selection. The sanitation in the washroom seriously NEEDS upgrading and regular cleaning! The toilet bowls are choked!

This is a new big shopping mall. Shop at level 2 are not open. At level 1 shops are open - Miniso, boutique shop, JCO Donut, shoes shop and a departmental store. Basement 1 is hypermart, is big and dragon fruits are really good, they are fresh and sweet. Tanjung Pinang is about 1hr 15min from Cassia Bintan. Go to Fortune Bintan website to see tour itineraries, they are charging at reasonable rate. The driver, indal we engage is punctual, patient and polite with experience driving skill especially at night, conscious and careful. Do plan before heading to Tanjung Pinang in order to have a fruitful trip.

Too me it looks like it's slowly dying, there are many closed shops. A bit similar to Kepri Mall in Batam.

Escalator is not working and not friendly enough for elders who cannot walk far. Some stores already closed such Breadtalk.

One of the biggest shopping mall in town. But has a decent amount of store tenants available.

The place is vacated a lot due to lock down restriction. Those who survived are good. The place has seen better days. Even the parking lot shrunk and lacked maintenance. Hope to see it bounce back.
