24/7 service, good hospitality, experienced doctors, friendly staff, dispensary was available, facilities like lift, wheel chair, emergency way were good, need to maintain, 80 percent of all department doctors are available. Crowdy place at day time. Parking facility was not good. All equipment was good. Maintenance was just average. Consultant fee, cost also high but good compared to remaining corporate hospitals. Overall good hospital and nice hospitality to people in kakinada and surrounding places of kakinada too.

Worst hospital I have seen in years. Govt hospital is better than this. No proper response from doctors especially kidney doctor I don't know his name I went to him near ICU to ask some information but he ignored with rude behaviour and answer. Next time if I see him I give a punch on his dirty face MF.

Dr. Manohar Prasad Bomidi is very irresponsible doctor. Two months back my mother went for consultation . She was suffering from severe stomach ache. He simply gave gastric tablets instead of doing a checkup . Now we moved to Hyderabad. Here we again went for a checkup and got to know that my mother is suffering from ovarian cancer . Apollo Hospital Kakinada Doctors are giving excellent treatment.. Doctors are very good. Even other branches of Apollo Doctors are also good. But, the billing process is very very slow.. I mean not only slow, very worse billing process. I am talking only about Billing Software/Server... Staff are trying to do bills without delay...but, billing server is very slow. What staff will do?.. clearly saying it is not staff mistake.. Please rectify/change this Billing Software/Server. Ex: even for old file OP also, if everything works smoothly billing time will normally takes 8-10 minutes to get the printout in hand.
