Stayed here for 10 days for my quarantine. it was a great experience. the room is clean, new and has a nice view-overlooking the skyline of Makati. very efficient costumer service. the staffs were very courteous. their full board meals were also superb. I really had a great stay! highly recommended!

Their reception wake me up for check out at the first morning Which I already double confirmed I have 4 nights here. I book the twin beds and they told me they don’t have the twin bed room!!! Why are you selling twin bed room if you don’t have enough room???? reception is not that nice but manager is really friendly

I simply love it. Room is wide with simple cooking appliances, fridge,pot and pan. My room was missing drinking water, but with just a simple call to front desk, it was immediately bring over. Breakfast located at 35th floor, come with spectacular view!

My husband and I booked online and stayed in the Studio Deluxe Room for 2 weeks. Our stay was very comfortable. The facilities were clean and the staff were very attentive, friendly and warm. The front desk team were also wonderful, along with the cleaner. The person cleaning our room, Jonathan, was amazing. We cannot thank all of you enough for a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a very wide range of delicious options. The rooms were big, well appointed and very comfortable. The facilities were great including the gym and the swimming pool. I did have a couple of mild inconveniences with the washing of my clothes and having to buy tokens to use the machines but this was nothing the staff could not handle in their friendly and professional manner. I would gladly stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anybody who asks :)

Seda Residences feels like home. During my trip to the Philippines I stayed here twice, once for 6 nights and also for 3 nights. It's convenient to do laundry on site and very spacious rooms. They have an amazing breakfast buffet every morning. I really enjoyed the pork tocino. Housekeeping was so polite and friendly and many of the staff members remember me by name. It was truly an amazing stay with great memories. Seda Residences will always be my home away from home in the Philippines.

We have spent 12 nights in one of their beautiful and spacious rooms; the location is very convenient, facilities very good, nice gym, pool, rooftop and room, as mentioned, very spacious, nice and with all amenities you can think of. The best? The whole team, everyone was very nice all the way from the general manager to the rank and file, many nice details that will definitely make us come back. Kudos everyone!

We stayed for a night and we loved the experience, we were like newly weds on honeymoon. The food is great and so as the service. The facilities inside and outside the hotel are all amazing. My first time in Makati Philippine, I never think I can find a really cool hotel like this one. I spent a week staying here with a great experience and service. You'll love the swimming pool, the 35th floor,... like me. This hotel is also in a good location where provide you a lovely view of the Makati City.

Loved our stay here. Booked one night before flying back home. The staff was so nice and helpfull. The room was great, shower worked great & the bed slept so good! 10/10 would recommend.

How shall I put it? For my partner and I, this location is definitely worth a 5/5! The view from our hotel was fantastic, and it was nice and clean. The pool was consistently kept clean and well maintained. The buffet and the variety of cuisine were excellent, and the view from level 35 was quite beautiful. The internet speed was fast. Additionally, there are many restaurants close to the hotel. But the excellent customer service we received from EVERY one of their staff is what has really convinced us to give this review. Everyone was always extremely welcoming, constantly wishing you a good day, and always eager to assist you in any way. Erica at the front desk, Kyeth from the hotel's housekeeping staff, and Jena the chef from the egg station's kitchen deserve a very special shout-out on our behalf! All three of them were genuinely very nice to us, constantly going above and beyond, and always cheerful. Definitely would recommend and return to this location!

Super love this place. Having breakfast while looking the whole city in an open air. A bar where you can unwind with the sight of the lights of the whole Makati. Very excellent food and very relaxing rooms that is so spacious. Feels like your in a luxurious home. Really worth the price.

I have been in numerous hotels in the area and Seda Residences Makati is one of the best. From the bellmen, restaurant attendants and most especially the front desk team who were all on top of their game to assist us. They are warm and welcoming. I am so inlove with place. Very nice to get relaxed and pampered. Clean and really a good ambiance. Even the smell of the room is so nice you will not forget the place and will make you hard to check out because u will want to stay more longer. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was superb! The rooms are big, there's complimentary breakfast which offers a wide variety of food selections, they have a pool, a bar, a playroom and a gym! For someone who does not have time to go to different places in a day, Seda Residences is definitely a one stop shop!

Had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms are large, clean with a kitchenette. Their service is great and they are quick to help you with any of your needs. The pool has an amazing feel, along with a decent size gym and a small kids play area. They have in room service and also have a restaurant on the top floor. Would recommend this hotel which is fairly centrally located and has quick access to food spots downstairs. They even have a massage service which is reasonably priced with high quality.

Seda hotel staff are most welcoming, check in was simple and efficient. The hotel lobby is great for chilling with three Apple stations, gym and a swimming pool on the same floor, perfect for a workout and a few lengths. Great food menu and roof top bar across the city. The hotel has exceeded my expectations. It has a beautiful structure that leaves you in awe. The staff is really accommodating and admirable. The facilities are excellent. It is really top-notch; aside from having high-quality rooms, it also has high-quality service.

Seda is one of the most decently luxurious hotels in whole of Manila at a very reasonable price. Luckily we were upgraded into a 2 bedroom suite when we stayed. The amenities are complete, the facilities are decent, however, the partitions of guest rooms need to be reinforced with better sound insulations as we are hearing the noise from other room. We just went here straight from an out of country travel so we were able to laundry our clothes in the washer/dryer in our suite. The location is superb, there is a mall at the building’s podium where you can find anything and because it is in CBD, everything you need is almost reachable by foot. More than the luxury vibes, it feels like home. The traffic jam in the area is not good specially during office hours Toiletries and the breakfast buffet are basic. But considering the price we paid, It’s fine. Staff from security, concierge, front desk, ADD, to House keeping are friendly, nice and professionals. They made our stay delightful

Their rooms were so homey and cozy, Makati’s city lights will not fail to amaze you. You have all the things you need such as washing machine, complete kitchen things. Their bathroom was great, water pressure was strong. In terms of their room service, the staffs and housekeepers were accommodating and nice however some housekeepers were not cleaning the room thoroughly. Lastly, their food was great at first but the food keeps on repeating and they didn’t have a wide variety of foods that they can offer to their occupants. Overall, this is a must visit place especially when you’re looking for a place to stay for months!

Overall, I had a great experience with Seda Residences Makati; staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Protocols are implemented for the benefit of the guest and hotel staff. I know we’re in the middle of the pandemic, but hopefully they can allow us to use the swimming pool, gym and game room. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

very nice place to rest when you get tired from work here most nice to rest, the view and the appliances are good inside, as well as the shower room, very awesome when you take a bath. and most of all the parking here is great your motorcycle will not be dusty. this hotel is excellent 😊😊🥰.

Stayed here in June 2021 to quarantine for 10 days. Got a free upgrade to a suite room with full kitchen and laundry machine. They also let me have groceries delivered (once per stay). Meals were served on time. Food portions were good and tasty, however not much variety to the menu. Entree would repeat every few days. I didn't mind as I had my groceries and could whip up my own meal at their kitchenette. There's also a restaurant menu you can order. Housekeeping was quick if need toiletrees and water replenished. Internet was very fast. I think around 70MBPS. I could work and game without interruption.

I stayed at Seda Makati early November for quarantine. From booking until check-out; everything was smooth. People I dealt with were very professional and prompt. Initially, I was on personal booking which was changed last minute - the Reservations team was very helpful and quick to reply. I was emailing Shyne/ Michelle even at wee hours; I did get timely responses. Their willingness to assist was very much evident. Upon arrival, security/ PCG, porters, reception were very welcoming. Spoke with Lito who explained protocols. I am a Hotelier myself; despite the limitations brought about by this pandemic, I felt the usual, genuine "Filipino Hospitality". During my stay, all requests were attended to with urgency. I got to meet your bellman, Dean; the 2 officers from Coast Guard; the concierge by the entrance. Thank you team for such an exceptional stay. Kudos to all!

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. They take action quickly with our requests. There are few issues with the room - safety deposit box not working and the washing machine but were fixed quickly. Room is spacious and clean.

Stayed for 5 nights until our early morning flight. Breakfast buffet was filling, they had different options everyday. Staff were nice and our room was cleaned daily. Hotel is close to lots of restaurants and there is a convenience store nearby. Will stay here again!

Checked in 19 April and has been an awesome experience and will stay again. They are very accommodating, the restaurant is very good, breakfast is outstanding rates are great for the room size and quality. Surrounding area has everything you need. Front desk and housekeeping are awesome. Poll closes at 6pm which I think is because if covid rules id rather swim at night when a bit cooler but that's out of their control. Wifi is good it can be a bit spotty but worked good overall. Sad to be checking out on the 24th mto be honest if I do come back I will 100% stay here again.

They were unfriendly to guests coming from outside the area, and the staff were surrounded by lies when there were obviously guests staying. I hit the back of my head. And 1 - 888 - There is no toll service phone number, and lying in the Philippines is dangerous. @@@This hotel. It's a pity to stay here.. Lying, unfriendly service. I won't come back.. I had a stomach ache after eating.

One of the best premium hotel experience. They got Starbucks, coffee bean, salad stop, mercury drug, mcdo, 711 and ministop just below the building. Even cheapest rooms have complete set of amenities, free parking, and breakfast buffet for 2. Amazing roof deck bar where you can just chill and enjoy the view.

Spent 4 very happy weeks here. Fantastic location with mini supermarket, salads, maccas, bakery, Italian all down stairs. 15 min slow walk along the walkway on Del A Rosa av and you're at Greenbelt. We had a 1bd apartment on the corner of 30th floor, great for sunsets. Beautiful big rooms, kitchen had what you need for short stay although I would love to rearrange it lol. so nice to have a washer and dryer but there is a laundry room. Pool area was just replanted while we were there so even nicer now. Roof top bar and restaurant is so nice. Yes the service can be slow but all the staff are so nice and view is great. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend to anyone.

Really good experience here. Service was impeccable from the start. Everyone I interacted with from the guard outside to the reception in the lobby were professional, polite, and even upbeat late at night when I checked in. The room was massive with clean, modern Scandinavian style finishes. The view was amazing. They even have a washer and dryer in the room and a full kitchen with a rice cooker. It was the best appointed hotel room I've stayed at and I travel internationally regularly for work. All of this was only like $90 USD. I will stay here regularly when I am in Manila now.

Very nice location, very clean and nice rooms. Also has gym, pool, restauraunt. Kitchen in room. The check in staff were very nice and polite. The security guard at front entrance also very nice and helpful. The location is about 30 minute walk to glorietta mall. Has city views. The bed is very comfortable also.
