just wanna share how rude the doctors were when my grandmother got admitted due to stroke. when the doctors went to see my grandmother, i politely asked them about the situation and they responded like you’re one stupid relative and have no right to ask questions. i hope they won’t experience the same thing when they lost all their wealth and be in the same situation. i hope these kind of doctors, who think they’re above everyone else, will meet their own karma in time. no matter how poor or rich or how uneducated or well educated a person is, he/she must be treated with respect and kindess.

A government sector hospital With the common things what can be expected at a government hospital Lots of patients , especially those who cannot afford to go to a private hospital , where it’s very expensive and have to pay through your nose This is so far a multi specialty center With different wards and ICU’s, blood bank and so on and so forth I doubt whether there is parking area provided for the public, there good staffs , yet considering this as a government sector, flaws are there as in like any other

VERY RUDE ER PHYSICIAN!!! special mention to a certain DR. TEJADA (daw) --- VERY YOUNG DOCTOR who needs learn how to become an educated physician... This is to call the attention of QMMC's officials to kindly look into this: a certain Dr. Tejada who was working in ER department on the night of Sunday, 2 June 2019 is extremely rude and arrogant! Not good for your image. My aunt attended the ER and I just happened to be present when he said to my aunt to transfer to the ER bed WITHOUT bed sheet. So I said, 'Sir, wala pong bed sheet?' What did he do? He shouted at me and pointed to the nurses' station to get a bed sheet - treated me like a 'slave'... 'Kumuha ka sa nurses station! sino kukuha, ako?! Doctor ako dito!' Yes, people who attended ER are not paying clients. And yes, it is very stressful to work in this environment. I also work in health services, but bad, rude attitudes to patients and their families is never an excuse. Public service and compassion is a part of our profession. May pinag-aralan po ako. I can stand up for myself. However, paano yung iba na kung sigawan na lang na parang alipin? Respect begets respect. Just because you are a doctor does not give you a privilege to shout to people. QMMC Officials: is this the way you want to be represented by your staff? Please note, too, he was not wearing any identification that he is an employee of the QMMC - instead, he only has a combat print t-shirt and faded jeans. Not even a name badge to identify him as a doctor. Is this allowed? I hope you look into this as this is the kind of image you are being represented.

This hospital is the worst specially the doctors here. If you value your life don't go to this place. The doctors and the nurses doesn't care about their patient specially if it's critical. They will just let them suffer and die without finding what is going on.

I got COVID; due to the severity of my conditions, I seek medical attention. All of the dozen calls, only this Medical Center was available. The place looks like a hospital in the front, but the inside an asylum. There are two kinds of staff I got to meet; the ER staff and the ward staff. The ER staff were kind of harsh, I mean... Someone fell from the bed, and it took them 20 mins to noticed it. In my opinion, they only see us as patients for their experiments. Not to mention... I was unlucky that I got transferred to the side entrance of the quarantine area. Every day, for the past 4 days, I see the people who come in and sometimes the body bags that gets out. It was the scariest 4-day experience of my life. Also, my bathroom privileges were revoked so I had to hold everything in and pee in a bottle if I have to; it's a good thing that I only need to hold it for a day... Luckily, I got transferred to the ward facility. The ward staff was the kindest people, in my 7 days stay in the ward. Rather than me re-adjusting to them, they try to adjust for their patients. They treat as human beings for once. The greatest thing I got was a pillow. This doesn't mean much to someone, but this means something to me. The beds were too uncomfortable; I was lucky that I even got a bed, but I needed a pillow. I saw the other patients have a pillow. So I waited didn't get one. The place was very cold, it even made my water cold. I'm just saying the place is incredibly uncomfortable... One thing I can say is good on both ER and ward is the food. They say hospital food is bad, but I say they prepared the meal very well. My complaint is that I didn't receive my meal on the first day, I thought they will test me for my blood sugar level or something, but it's already at least 14 hrs way past the fasting hours. On the 2nd day though, I finally receive my three daily meals. Overall, my stay was quite an experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in a hospital, but if you need to I would recommend this place.

Rude medical practitioners and staff who did not seem to know what they are doing. Don't go here if you are taking a patient in a critical condition. They'd rather see the patient go than do the best they can. My mother died at 7:45 PM and this hospital recorded time of death was at 8:00 PM. They would not know the exact time of course because there was no attending physicians or nurses that time. What a practice to leave a room filled with patients who were fighting to survive.

HORROR HOSPITAL This hospital was the worst and if you want to have near-death experience or rather die, go visit their Emergency Room! When I was the patient here, I have a stomach pain with a pain scale of almost 15 over 10 if I would rate it imagine the excruciating pain that I felt. One Doctor named Dr. Zarra, told me that they're serving patients on a first come first served basis; When I heard this, I told her that they should practice proper triaging since not all of the patients there needs immediate medical attention. She then ignored me and told me to stay still. I was in the E.R. at 3am and the doctor gave attention to me at 8am (imagine the pain and agony that I am experiencing). Cutting the long story short, when the Consultant arrived to look at me, he told me that my appendix already ruptured or "pumutok na yung appendix mo" and told me that the Dr. in the E.R. should've give their attention to me because my appendix could've been saved. During that time, I was subjected to immediate surgery because the consultant was trying to save me from the toxins that might spread to my body and can result to death. Luckily, I was able to survive and with what happened, I will not go back to this Horror Hospital ever again. The discharge experience in the pay ward was also the worst. I was advised to go home at 11am and was discharge at 8pm. The doctors, nurses and utility workers are not attentive and doesnt care about their patient needs.

The place is very clean considering it is a government hospital. It is not as congested as the other government hospitals in Quezon City. All the staff we encountered were nice and warm. They were very accommodating. They also did their best considering the fact that the record we needed were no longer available. Although the hospital is very much unfamiliar and out of our way, it was not difficult to find with the help of Google Map.

The guards are rude. Also how can you expect us to process patients' papers if you only allow one guardian per patient, if they need extensive care and cannot be left alone by themselves?

Had an accident (slipped on my way to the CR, hit my forehead and broke my wrist) in the vaccination site so I was brought here as an emergency case. I was immediately attended to since I was one of the early patients of the day. But as the day progressed more and more patients came in. Underwent X-rays and CT Scan, forehead wound was sutured and right wrist was cast. My wrist had to undergo surgery. Was not immediately admitted because of health protocols (pandemic situation). Dr Anika Agoncillo, the attending physician of the day for Orthopedic was very helpful, explaining and giving me options on how to do about w my situation. Was told to contact them through a Messenger acct of their Dept once I have decided to be admitted and have a negative RT PCR test result. As out patient had to pay fees which was discounted by a DSWD Staff in the area. Surgery went well which I was thankful for despite my case of uncontrollable high blood pressure. As inpatient, Philhealth and DSWD helped lessen the bill. After 10 days my sutures were removed by Dr Azores who happened to be the Dept head and yet was doing the job of junior Drs. They are understaffed according to him. That's the time I understood why the waiting time to be attended to by Ortho Drs took long. Now my wrist is healing well, thanks to these good, well trained and efficient Drs. Thank you also to Dr Gamez, who took the time to answer my questions on Messenger. No one wants to be hospitalized. But if you need to be, this hospital will give you good and skilled Drs to attend to your case. It's generally cheap since it's a govt facility. But be prepared to wait. Arm yourself with a lot of patience. Many patients come here. Upon admittance, I had to wait 7 hrs before I was given a bed in the surgery ward. Also parking wasn't easy during peak hrs at 10 am onwards. There were kind nurses as well as grouchy ones. The pandemic took a toll on these medical frontliners. So I just tried to be patient and understand them. My mindset was to get the surgery and be discharged asap. Well, that's what happened. They did their jobs and now my wrist is on its way to full recovery.

Worst pedia ever! We’ve waited for five hours to be called. Service are too slow not realizing that their patients are breast feeding moms who needs to eat on time. Government should take an immediate action to this!

This is possibly the worst public hospital in the Philippines. A hospital that is fully run on taxpayer money, and just started charging for parking. After 15 minutes you need to pay. I think this is disgusting and absurd. This is the 1st public hospital that I gone to that charges you to visit a dying loved one.

No parking spaces for customers as all are reserved for doctors. Security guards are not friendly and helpful in finding a parking space. You have to park outside or somewhere else. Nyeta sila!

My mom and I was waiting outside the opd department, waiting for my name to be called. We were there outside for 3 hours. After that my name was called and we entered the opd department and we went to the surgery room. Then again, we were outside the surgery room waiting for my name to be called by the nurse since my doctor scheduled me for him to remove the thread from the last week operation administered to me. We were outside the surgery room from 9 am till quarter to 12! And from 12 onwards the doctor called my name and he asked me to go to the surgery cubicle. I was laying on the bed and i was ready for the doctor to remove the thread but he went out of the cubicle and i was waiting for him for almost 30 mins.! But he never came back. My patience was gone and i decided to walkout. When i went outside the cubicle i saw the doctor who will perform the operation to me entertaining other patient.

Worst hospital. Inhumane. Had traumatic experience with the way doctors and staff treat people. Then they want higher salary.. well, they don't deserve it. Do your job properly, we are paying you through our taxes. People deserve at least respect.

From phone inquiry until the day my sister was discharged, included the day when i requested for the medical certificate (to be use for sss sickness claim) everything ran smoothly. The encoder who answered phone inquiries were very polite and accommodating. (I made a lot of phone calls so that my sister will be able to transfer from Makati Med to QMMC coz for 2 days our bill was already 184k+.)(Busy mga doctors sa Makati Med kaya yung trabaho nila ako na gumawa para lang mapabilis pag transfer, but the hospital bill OMG talaga!) We were very much thankful to all the neurologists who took care of my sister, all the nurses, and all the hospital staffs who did their job well. I can say that, that is the real "PUBLIC SERVICE" . The ER, yes it was congested, the reason for this is that they NEVER SAY NO to every patient who wants/needs their service. I was observing while I was there, and I can say that everything was in order, well organized, and every staff was very much willing to help considering that it was a public hospital (expected na that there are lots of patients, so you need lots of patience too) (hindi lang ikaw ang pasyente na nangangailangan ng tulong nila) Once the patient arrived in ER, they explained the situation, like what we experienced, my sister was on wheelchair first because there was no available bed but after a few hours she was transfered to bed already. (see your patience was being tested) but the doctors (neurologists) immediately attended my sister, checked everything on her, scheduled her ct scan and all the lab tests needed. All of these was done for 3 hours i guess. (Mabilis di ba, nang hindi ka nila tatanungin kung may pambayad ka ba sa mga tests na ginawa nila) Though the ER was congested, it was clean and well sanitized everyday. The nurses were kind and very much willing to help to every patients. (Nakita ko yun) Until my sister was transfered to another neurologist and CNS ward ( in fairness naka aircon plus ang linis. Mahigpit ang guards but all the rules have reasons, well learn how to follow rules. All the neurologists who took care of my sister were all accommodating and easy to talk to. Kudos to all of you po! And the medical certificate, can't believe, it was one day process, ganon kabilis! (Well, can't help myself compare the service in Makati med, we requested for medical certificate last Dec. 18, 2023, it was stated there that it will be 5-7 working days process, but when we followed up for it on the 7th working day, omg not available pa daw!) QMMC, thank you so much! My sister was discharged with 0 hospital bill. Thank you Phil health and Malasakit Social Center. To all the doctors, nurses, and staff of QMMC, continue your good service to Filipinos!

Some of the staffs in surgery department are not approachable after I've experienced the misunderstanding on how to encode or schedule for follow up checkups instead " she " emberassed me in the front of some patients, I just want to know and make sure if i need to ask the doctor to make an appointment or schedule again because I'm not familiar with the procedure of this medical clinic. I know they're just doing their job but in poor manner

I regret to report a distressing experience with the hospital. The staff exhibited a lack of attentiveness and care towards patients. Emergency room services were particularly disappointing, with unfriendly staff and a noticeable neglect of patients' needs. Urgent improvements are necessary.

The facilities is good and clean but some of the doctors here are ill tempered you can't ask them a single question even you asked them nicely. The famous line here is "kayo kung makakapaghintay kayo." It seems like that they don't even care with the patient if the case needs an Immediate attention. Why this people treat patients that way?
