A small airport which can handle only propeller aircrafts. Has all basic facilities as needed. Just 3-4 arrivals/departures per day. Very scenic, though with the runway starting almost from the shores of Lake Victoria

Recently upgraded Domestic Airport of Bukoba.. From plane to exiting the Airport it took no more than 30 mins including baggage collections.. Polite ground staff services providers..

Loved passing through it, the landing as you descend almost touching the Water of Lake Victoria and then you hit the runway is to die for!!!!

The road from town to the airport is ok , the taxes are private vehicles, only difference is that the drivers wear I'd tags for distingushion.i would expect to see a better well constructed plane in the future

Quick question. How do you go about receiving a parcel from somewhere else... Say Pemba for instance?

Small Airport located in Bukoba rural area just 5-10min drive from town center The runway is not that much big to allow big plane like boeng to land There are two plane which go to Dar es salaam via Mwanza everyday There is small restaurant inside The environment is green and clean There are wheel chair The packing area is wide

Loved the fact that they have a maasai as their bellboy it just brings in the cultural part of it all. The breakfast is really good just the restaurant doesn't make good individual meals. Another thing was the aircon was a little too far from the bed so the room was a little hot to sleep in. Overall everything was good and the hotel is really clean.

Its challenging as planes land on one side only The road to land plane is short and sometime its raining and strong winds Airplane might hit birds😞
