Book it! This was an excellent place to stay the night before our safari. The people who we met were incredibly kind and helpful, and they sang a lovely farewell song for us before we left! Food was fantastic!! Gorgeous property hidden in the trees. You won't regret it!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Malkia Trees Lodge. The hotel has a pleasant, quiet ambiance, the staff were attentive and it is clean. A special mention to Albert who was always at hand to offer assistance, answer any questions and ensure that our stay was memorable. We will surely be back.

We booked last minute and arrived late at night and they were there to great us, showed us to our room. The staff made everything easy and are super friendly which I love. One guy even gave us his personal number in case we needed anything overnight. I appreciate that! The lodge is nicely set back in the forest and you can have a full breakfast outside in the jungle. We were listening to the rain and birds and it just felt so peaceful. I would recommend you to stay if you are staying in Arusha before/after safari!

The customer service was excellent, very clean and suitable for calmness get away , very nature filled scenery with water falls at the lounge.. Best feeling to end the year .... spacious rooms on top of that ... I would rate a 6 if the stars allowed.

Excellent location in Arusha, ideal place to go to Kilimanjaro or start/End a Safari. Personal ist very friendly and place to eat or enjoy a drink is perfekt. Thanks to the hotel team for a good time!

Malkia trees is the best place anyone can visit when they come to arusha.it is filled with veryy warm welcoming staff the rooms are vibrant and cozy very beautiful design. U won't regret ur visit here i promise u

This place was amazing, I recommend others to book their stay here, they do have first class attendants who accommodate us very well and about the food they are amazing for real. The rooms are comfortable and are so well equipped

Malkia Tree Lodge, is a beautiful Lodge located on the side of Moshi Arusha road, it offers good service and low cost

I stayed here with a colleague for 2 nights before meeting up with a group. This is a lovely property! So many mature trees and therefore, cool birds! The dining area / lounge is especially nice. Breakfast includes fresh juice, fresh (tropical) fruits, eggs, beans, potatoes, tomatoes and even a pancake! Be sure to stay for dinner one night - the goat curry with ugali (like grits, but thicker) was terrific, especially with a local beer. Albert, the manager, is extremely attentive and arranged transportation and activities for us.

As an American visiting Arusha, I could not have picked a BETTER place to stay at. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and kind, they made me feel like family. The rooms were spacious and clean, the grounds manicured and gorgeous, and the hotel is near many attractions. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay while visiting this incredible city, look no further than Malkia Tree Lodge!
