4.5 Stars I went here for first time for Regular Manicure by Sinitha. She took her time and did a very good job. Place is clean. Pleased with my service will go again and possibly try other services in future.

I had an excellent experience here with Nikolas. He was able to quickly assess and understand my hair and suggested a cut works well with my style and hair type. He was very careful and thorough with the cutting and styling, but also efficient (took less than an hour). I generally dislike getting my haircut but really enjoyed the process here as well as the results. The service was great -- friendly and professional staff. Will come back again.

We had a couple massage and we really liked it! They are very professional and the place is cosy. I would totally recommend!

Unfortunately the worst haircut of my life. For 60.000 Tanzanian shillings I had high hopes for a decent haircut, but my experience let me severely disappointed. I came in to have my ends cut of my long hair. The entire experience took less than 45min (hair wash and drying incl) but the haircut process it self was around 15 minutes. The hairdresser was rushing, and didn’t seem to care much and barely talked to me at all. He cut my hair while it was wet, and left it to be very poorly dried by an assistant and didn’t check back in when it was dried. So no one checked if my haircut was even… it wasn’t. So I left with unevenly cut hair which was still wet after not being dried properly and a real feeling of having wasted my money. Everyone else at the spa were very very friendly and kind, and I think they sensed I was not too happy. However they said my hair was fine, but no one really checked… Therefor, I cannot recommend this place at all for a haircut unfortunately.

I had never been to Zen Spa before today but I will definitely be back! Benedict gave the most amazing massage, and for only TZS 110,000! And Sophia at Reception was very hospitable.

Excellent Spa...we booked online but they didn't receive the booking request...still accommodated us for Manicure and pedicure. Next time will call to book.

Good Cafe ambience, open air and green; also smoking allowed in the cafe, which may be good for some and perhaps not as good for some others; had a sandwich which was done up well; while there is room for improvement in service levels, I would say that overall it was a pleasant experience

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the Zen spa team! I visited the spa with an allergic reaction to a face scrub I had used at home. My face looked terrible, but thanks to Christina's expertise and Bernadette's patience, they were able to save my skin. They both took the time to explain and reassure me and provided the necessary treatment. Within 24 hours, my skin looked healthy again! I must say that the Africology product and their skincare were excellent, and I appreciate their help in restoring my skin. Thank you once again.
