I love this place! I've been 4 times already while on vacation. Masha has been providing my services every single time. After the first visit, I have only requested her, and she is amazing. However, I think they all are hard working there. The place is very nice and peaceful. The prices are good too! Great location also! Check them out!

Coming here for the first time, loved all the staff as they were super friendly and welcoming. From explaining everything about nails and the products i was extremely satisfied with everything. In the end loved my nails, as they look very natural and everyone i know said they look beautiful. My husband also got his nails done and was super happy with the service ☺️

I went to Cinnamon Spa for a foot massage with my husband. The staff was so nice, helpful and respectful. The massage was truly amazing. The masseuse was very gentle and professionnal. The lady who welcomed us (I think she is the manager) was really understanding and listening to our needs and feelings. I have only one regret : not living in Zanzibar and enjoy going to this spa once a week. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience !

I was looking for good ayurvedic spa in Zanzibar and after long search I found this place, cinnamon spa. The place is is very calm. The services provided by the Staff is very good. The staff are very helpful and provide really good suggestions of services to be taken and you would see good results of the same. Most importantly the place is well maintained and they are very neat. Its absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating!!!!!

I had an appointment for the hairdresser at 2 pm yesterday. Of course I have been there some minutes earlier - but not the hairdresser He showed up 25 minutes late with the words "Hey". I´m not a Hey - I´m a customer waiting for 25 minutes. He looked like he had to make a decision to go surfing or working. At least he appologized but with the words - it´s raining ( I had the same rain when I got there) In all the time nobody offered a water, tea or coffee. They continued to play in their smartphone. A lot of products are exhibited in the waiting area as it is also a shop - everything is covered with dust so a cleaning would be nice. But of course if you have to play in the smart phone you have no time for dust wiping. In the hairsaloon they don´t even have foot rests. The hairdresser did not even asked me if he should wash my hair. Also he did not offer water tea or coffee. Overall a very poor experience. Haircut was ok but nothing special or fancy. I could have done with my machine at home. Will never go again

An unforgettable experience and arguably the best Spa I've been to. You're immediately welcomed with beautiful aromas from the different oils, lotions, and soaps on display. The staff are so polite and accommodating. I did the full body scrub and massage + balancing facial, which was out of this world ! I didn't want the time to end. Very clean and good spa.. therapist are good and well trained. The ambience is good... They even offer a choice of oils to choose from which really helps. Showers are clean and well maintained

The treatments received were wonderful. I had the Aloe Vera Sun Soother and the Herbal Foot Massage. It was exactly what was needed after having been sun-kissed. My skin felt immediate relief and was smooth and silky afterwards. Same for foot massage, I felt very relaxed and lighter afterwards. Highly recommend.

A place with a well thought design and the best hair dresser on the island. Wael is always respecting the requirements of the customers and makes sure they leave the salon with a smile and a beautiful hair cut. I highly recommend it!
