Been living in dar for 9 years an yet this place has the most modern facilities in an apartment complex i have seen in dar es salaam. Spacious 3 lifts, garbage disposal on each floor, big spacious entrance for each apartment. Very big living room andmaster bedroom. 2 large bedrooms rooms 1 guest toilet and 1 shared bathroom. Has a swimming pool and supermarket inside the residence. Top security. Cameras watched 24/7. In the center of all accessible areas. With car: 15 mins to city center/kariakoo. 45 mins to airport (much quicker at night) 10 mins to Masaki 30 mins to Mlimani city/Mwenge 5 mins to T-max sokoni (famous bazaar for vegetables). After all the view is just amazing no matter which apartmentyou are at. The roof top is huge and you get a 360° view of Dar es salaam. Very friendly and attentive management.

Good place. But the security guards. Needs more costomer care education.

It is very good in terms of location and the opportunities it offers, but the road needs to be built as soon as possible.

The 15 storey ECO residence standing on plot no. 67 at the junction of Wakulima road and Ngano street. As it stands, the building serves as a landmark in the area.

It is a nice place with four long towers and it have nice palce for parking...also there is security system and CCTV camera

It is very safe

The apartments is clean and has tight security. The guards are super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is also neat and one can swim anytime given the lifeguard is on the property. The lifts are always working and the building has a very good view of Daresalam.

A lovely apartment complex 10 minutes from both CBD's (the city-centre, and the upcoming one in Victoria), 30 minutes from the airport, and a mere 3 minutes from the Peninsula ! 3-bedroom, cozy living spaces with views of virtually the whole of Dar es Salaam, depending on which side your unit is facing.

Actually it is among the well planned neighbourhood in dar es Salaam, it is though just few kilimoters away from the dispicable slums the Msimbazi river canal, like 0.5km or so, that just before the Msimbazi river canal there is a sort of slum some, that was on the Msimbazi river canal, that recently early 2016 or late 2015 was cleared and residence re allocated to some other safer habitat..
