Ubora! Best place and taste in Nungwi. Lovely people, amazing fresh juices and food. The Thuna Steak is so delicious and you choose if medium or not (what I recommend). All people want to make you feel comfy and have the best experience! If you don't know what to eat, ask for a recommendation. They will kindly do it. Another good point is that they offer food also to a late hour - what is not typical zanzibarian. Dont miss it and just come.

Beef biryani is reasonable and voluminous. It also contained big potatoes! I drank watermelon juice with ginger(Staff ask you if you want to add ginger when ordering) for the first time, but I found out for ginger and watermelon match unexpectedly!!

Wow!!! One of the best places open super late after a night out. The chapatis are made so fresh every day and are the highlight of my Nungwi trips. Absolutely love Malindi as a go to for local cuisine in the area, especially considering how expensive everywhere else is. The fact locals also eat here just tells you how authentic everything must be! The portions are filling given the cheap price, and the owner’s chili is the perfect complement to every dish. Their fish and chicken get put special on the grill as soon as you order and are so worth the quick 15min wait (which is fast for Zanzibar)! Everything is so flavorful and I have a hard time deciding what I want when I’m there. The biriani and juices are definitely must haves! Overall, great restaurant to go to and order several things off the menu to share.

Helllllla yeah! The food here is unreal and at a super good price a great mix of eating local but being looked after. The owner is extremely hospitable and friendly we had a good chat with him which made us come back again - a group of 6 and all of us were more than happy to go twice. Not only that but we are going again tonight - great food, happy vibes. It's a must go to in Nungwi πŸ€™

Amazing food and amazing staff. I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated the owner at the Zanzibar location. He was so friendly and charismatic and the smile never left his face. I would highly recommend trying out this place for local and yummy food. You won’t regret your experience and you will be leaving very full. The prices are also very affordable!
