A
disappointing
experience.
Room
was
not
cleaned
during
my
stay
of
two
nights.
Was
quoted
a
rate
and
at
checkout
the
only
option
to
pay
was
cash,
fine.
Would
not
exchange
US
dollars
for
rate
in
TZS.
Manager
tried
to
charge
me
a
50%
higher
rate
than
was
agreed
upon
because
I
wanted
to
pay
USD.
He
mentioned
that
he
thought
it
was
a
good
price
for
me
(I’m
white,
mzungu).
In
the
end
the
only
solution
was
to
go
into
town
to
withdraw
TZS
and
return.
Would
not
recommend
fellow
expats
to
go
here
unless
you
have
TZS
cash
and
don’t
expect
much
customer
service.
It
is
Kasulu
after
all.
Plus
side,
woman
serving
breakfast
was
friendly
and
it
was
included
in
price.
