What a place! I have spent here 3 nights and would be more than happy to stay here for long time. The owner is super nice, helpful and relax. Place is secure, with everything what you need to cook (if you want) by yourself. I was so happy for fridge and water and also fan on the patio. This place shouldn’t have 5* but 10.

Such an amazing place. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean. Few minutes by walk to the beautiful beach and a lot of restaurants around. Our host is very helpful and he makes great atmosphere there. I strongly recommend this place! 🤩

This is the best place I have ever spent my holidays. Bungalow’s interior is really comfy. Clean bedding, safe where you can put all your important stuff, daily cleaning on request, cooking area, working air conditioning and fans that make staying on the terrace more pleasant. I was suprised that we had water dispenser and it was much easier to function with all the heat and humid there. The owner of this place and staff connect people together. We made a lot od friendships there and at the end we were laughing that we are at a international camp😄 The owner will also help you with arranging Your adventures on Zanzibar. Arjan! thank you so much, you created such a nice place. If I ever come back to Zanzibar, I will only book Baobab Bungalows😇

OMG what a beautiful place! 🤩 Zanzibar is an absolute gem, and the Baobab Bungalows resort made it even more special! From the moment we arrived, we got the warmest welcome ever – the staff were so friendly, it felt like I was visiting family. Safety wasn't a concern at all, with 24-hour security guards making sure everything was in check. The place is like your private oasis, and the amazing pool is where the real magic happens – met some awesome folks there, had good chats with the super cool host Ari, and shared stories over drinks. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the whole vibe is just so positive. Everyone from the staff is on a mission to make your trip unforgettable. They're not just friendly, they're like your personal guides, helping arrange trips and exploring all the cool activities Zanzibar has to offer. If you like watersports try out Kitecenter school, you can get a kitesurfing lesson there or go for a long trip on SUP boards. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket 10 min walk but the choice is rather limited so although the kitchen is very well equipped I recommend dining in restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to book if I were you. Can't wait to go back and soak in that magic again! Thank you guys! 🙏

Such an amazing place. It feels like an oasis; the pool is gorgeous and the rooms are perfect. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach which is spectacular and other amenities. The staff are extremely helpful, super friendly and welcoming we couldn’t recommend more!

Baobab Bungalows is an amazing place to stay and a hidden gem just a few minutes walk from Jambiani beach. The bungalow has wonderful amenities and is extremely clean and well kept. Additionally the outdoor pool is a wonderful way to cool off in the heat and a great place to end the day with its inviting night lights. The host Ari really goes above and beyond for his guests and offered us an amazing discount on his bungalow for a 3 night stay after we had to evacuate our previous accomodation. For anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Zanzibar, I would 100% recommend Baobab Bungalows.

Had a really great experience staying here. The room is clean and comfy, each room has a big patio with sofa to relax. They also provide bottled water and a kitchen, microwave etc. Really convenient and comfortable to stay. Hotel has a good location 2 mins walk to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and supermarket around. The place itself also has a nice pool, with a shallow area that allows kids to stand safely. Would highly recommend! Definitely will choose to stay here again if we are coming back to Zanzibar.
