Location at a hill top facing valley was good but very badly planned rooms with small toilet within rooms , barely any lighting and musty smell

It's very nice environment I do enjoy nature and it has got all Like the bird 🐦noises in the morning quietness which creates more peace. It the place to be during this pandemic to unwind things

The location is wonderful with a cracking view. But the food has much to be desired and the staff are crooked. Stealing money and refusing the return change. Times are tough I understand and It’s not much money but the principal remains the same

Coll weather nice view and fresh air

Very poor customer service, we were treated very poorly and they overcharged out for everything even the water. I don't recommend this place at all there are much better places here with better customer service.

It was our first time to spend the night at karama Lodge me and my wife , the food was so nice , the service was super great and the rooms are well clean with hot shower and the beautiful view. I highly recommend this accomodation when you visit Arusha and you won't regret.

Good family place. Beautiful scenery of hills. Privacy is good for swimming with trees all around. Prices for swimming were reasonable. 15000tsh for each adult. Food price was a bit high and takes time. But overall enjoyed our private time. Service was 👍.

Lovely oasis in Arusha town. Unique location with rustic feel. The lounge and rooms have amazing views, and the staff were extremely friendly. Visited during COVID so very quiet... Food took a long time because was brought in from a sister property. Also, room layout for parents and 2 kids was a little awkward (beds in middle of room with bench and shelving against the walls). Also, bathroom isn't totally enclosed on ceiling so sounds/smells open to rest of room. Can't turn on light to bathroom without turning on light for entire room. I would go back with tourist friends after a safari before catching a flight.

My husband and I spent 1 night here before our safari and surprisingly we were the only guests there. Overall good service and food. Staff was friendly and our room was very cute. Would stay here again if in the area again.

We spent 1 night before and 1 night after our safari trip here. The lodges are very romantic, so perfect for our honeymoon! The staff is friendly as well. There is a nice swimming pool you can relax at. We also liked the breakfast and the dinner options. Dinner is about $12-$14 dollars for main course and $6 for dessert and starters. For us the stay was a bit pricey, but we had a great time! Please be mindful of taxi prices, $20 from arusha City, $30 from arusha Airport and if you order from the hotel even $50 to arusha airport. I think this is because it is up a hill just outside the city. Not walkable unfortunately.

Super nice lodge, inside the town of Arusha.

Lovely lodge set in lush gardens just a few kilometres from downtown Arusha. The rooms are due for some updating but it was very clean and staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Place is very nice room perfect What could be improved... is restaurant food choice, it could be better, same with preparation of food, e.g. cold bacon, sousage on breakfast, when we were exactly at the time agreed. Location is good and bad :) good because of view, bad because you cannot leave outside withoit the car going up/down bumpy road. And you have muezins shouting every 5am :D and nice variety of birds after :)
