It's nice place.. just little bit mosquitoes... Food and Drinks was Good..

We visited for dinner at night. Very nice ambience that's also quiet. I bet it's prettier during the day than at night to see the garden and the trees. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes. Perhaps because of the cold weather (we visited mid August). The service was excellent, but a bit slow. They have a good variety of local and international dishes. We ordered grilled chicken on skewers (delicious), beef skewers (some parts were soft, others were a bit chewy), kuku mikange (this is a Tanzanian dish that's 1/4 marinated chicken with stir fried vegetables), mbuzi (goat meat. It was chewy), Greek salad (good), and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad wasn't like the Caesar salad that's commonly known, which is lettuce, romano cheese, chicken and croutons. While it came with these ingredients, it also came with diced tomatoes and diced boiled eggs. Not to mention that the dressing that came with it wasn't a Caesar salad dressing. It was like a light mustard or honey mustard. It was the same dressing that came with the Greek salad. Prices are reasonable. But interestingly, they charge you for take away boxes (2000 TSH per box). Apple pay doesn't work here. So, you better have your physical card with you or pay with cash.

This place is amazing the food is delicious and the juice is fresh.. One more thing when you go inside the house you found that they have something like a small industry for shoes and bags making.... And the price is affordable i gave them order of two pair of slippers and one bag ...

It's a good place, also they have good service and the garden it's very cool good I thought you may go to get many Good's there.

It is a nice restaurant to visit with family and friends also there is a wonderful fresh juice you won’t regret taking a chance to drink it

Maembe Garden is a nice place in Moshi to go for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is great and the music is not too loud. We went there for trying out local food. We wanted to try out some Chagga food, but it wasn't available. We tried out the chicken makange but it wasn't that great. But I guess this place is known for its continental food and not Swahili/Chagga food.

The location was great, the ambiance was fantastic. Staff were friendly and courteous but the service was slow. Would revisit the restaurant the next time am in Moshi!

The food is great. The service is very amazing. Got served by a very charming waitress. The atmosphere is not that amazing when you go at night. Their candles could not light up our whole table . But overall, everything was amazing

I am not in the business of leaving bad reviews but my experience this morning for breakfast was horrendous! The location and garden are beautiful 5 stars to the gardener. Unfortunately the breakfast I ordered which was Egg Benedict I would not serve to my dog…. Really wish I would have taken a photo now to back up my statement. The service was also very poor and slow. I recommend come here for some drinks. DO NOT ORDER FOOD!

Nice quiet outdoors place to relax and have a drink or meal while getting some work done. Wi-Fi is alright. Several mango trees so you know at least your mango juice or salad comes fresh! They also have a cute little curio shop so you can purchase some art pieces and handmade trinkets.

Lovely location and setting. Ideal for an afternoon drink in the lovely garden but would not recommend the food. Dishes were bland and not very tasty and some were cold and at best warm including the chips. I have only eaten here once so my criticism might not be fair because the restaurant could have just been having an off night being a Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and prices good value. As I said before would recommend for late afternoon early evening drinks lovely location and ambience.
