One inside the house and one outside with no roof - love it. But no worry. Nobody can look inside. I missed the storage room in the tent and you could not lock the tent and there was no safe. Beds are confy. Overall: good place but don't use Google Maps to go there. They will send you somewhere else and you will see yourself in a dead end

Amazing place ! Everything was sooo neat : from the super clean bathrooms and rooms to the lovely decoration. We opted for the dinner and breakfast on the spot and we couldnt have made a better choice : what a treat ! Fresh and tasty food served by the adorable lady in charge of the place. The owners swang by to say hi with big smiles and willing to help with anything they could. Other guests were in the same mood : relaxed, smily and friendly. Whats more : you can enjoy a drink outside, lying next to the cute bar lit with fairy lights. It was worth the affordable price, definitely. One last thing : i forgot my climbing shoes there and realized my mistake once at the airport, i called the owners and in 5 minutes he called a boda (moto taxi) to bring my shoes to where i was right before my flight ! We cannot recommend enough this dream place.

Amazing place made with love. We stayed 3 nights and really felt at home. Nam was super welcoming and helped us with every question we had. The breakfast was super tasty, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Totally recommend it! 👍❤️

This was by far one of my favorite hostels I've ever stayed in. The property is very cozy and well kept. All the rooms and the bathroom were clean. The beds have a very comfortable mattresses and the shower has solid water pressure and hot water is available after switching on the boiler. By far the best was the breakfast. The employees prepare it freshly for you with fruit, french toast, bread, potatoes etc. Would love to stay there again!

A lovely, quiet place to stay with a view of Meru indeed. Nam is charming, peaceful and a great cook -- she leaves a lasting impression on those who stay here. Wifi was good and shower was hot! It is located a bit outside of downtown Arusha.

Awesome Hostel. You feel home immediately. They have nice and clean rooms and even a "glamping" tent. The bathrooms are well equipped and super clean. The breakfast is delicious and you can also order dinner or lunch. It's a little bit outside of town but easy reachable and you can escape a little the hustle. You can even get contacts to local guides with good prices for spontaneous safaris. Highly recommended.

I like the place, it is neat and clean. The common room and the kitchen is nice as well. You can cook your own food. The lady at the reception was so nice, she cooked breakfast for me as i have to leave early for the tour. Breakfast starts at 9. I recommended the place 100 %

It's home away from home. The best hostels I have stayed so far in East Africa. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are neat and clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Even it's outside the town (which makes it quite relaxing) you can easily reach town in 10-15min. They have contacts to a lot of tour guides which will give you the most competitive prices in town (even on short notice).

Mambo Arusha Hostel was one of my best staying, the meals Nam is making are so delicious, Aziz the manager is just like a brother from another mother, he took me to a local wedding and gave me a ride to the hot springs! Nam you're one of the best host I've ever had, she is willing to help with anything you will ever need! I will miss you! Highly recommended!
