Famous spot, popular through tourist guides and even the BBC - holds up to expectations. Wide variety of hand-crafted articles in the ground floor shop, and a nice café on first floor, with a roofed terrace. Must-have visit when staying in Iringa (or even when just passing through).

If you’re going through Iringa, or even if you make a special trip, Neema Crafts is well worth the visit! Great place to grab a cup of coffee or cake… or sandwich. Visit the workshop to see where all the beautiful designs are made and then shop for friends and family in the storefront. The whole center supports people with disability.

Am glad i passed here and joined a part of the story, i saw this place on BBC and i had been anxious to be here ever since, the reality meet the expectations, is such an amazing place, so wonderful, and inspiring with all the things they are doing for the greater cause, God bless whoever made this possible up and running and managed really well, the workshop tour was really amazing and inspiring, i will always pass around here to be a part of the story, and will bring more people, the food is just perfect and the coffee was awesome,

This is a must see for Iringa. They are doing a great job helping disabled people. Take the time to go on the tour. Relax and enjoy a great meal. Or even spend the night at the guesthouse. You can even learn Tanzanian sign language. Enjoy the smiles of the staff. They also have a great gift shop to buy from.

I slept 2 times in the nema craft. In the First time i had a Family room and the Second time i had a Double room and then switcht to a Family room again. the Rooms where really nice and had a fair Price. Also the receiptionist were really friendly all the time. The Shop is a bit expensive if you compare it to the prices on the market or the prices on the massai market but its handmade from disabled People and they really need the Support and the Money. The food is really nice and european and has normal prices. The Restaurant also has a really nice Design. I can fully recommend the Hotel, Shop and Restaurant for a visit !

Neema is such a great place to stop in for food, a place to work and for accommodation! If you have time definitely take a tour around the workshop, it’s incredible. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and makes your day a little brighter 🌞

Neema craft is hands down my favorite place in Iringa! The staff, the food, the shop, the CAKE (carrot cake 😋), & the atmosphere are all incredible. I love the idea of Neema & how inclusive they are with the small details (the sign language menu). You canNOT visit Iringa without coming to Neema Craft! 💕

Really nice place for handicrafts—mostly cloth items, jewelry and some wood carved pieces. Cafe has very good coffee, nice pastries, and a lovely outdoor terrace.

Prolly the only place with the best desserts in Iringa. I loved their lemon drizzle cake, black forest and their crispy fried chicken without forgetting the cappuccino. They also take orders for birthday cakes etc. It's also a nice place to chill.
