Very nice place with good views and access to the lake beach with good water and nice sandy surface. Unfortunately, service and food quality is just bad - menu looks awesome, but in reality it's just very basic food (with the exception of onion rings, fish fingers and fruit smoothies), a simple salad takes forever to arrive, servants are nodding and saying yes (with smiles on their faces) without actually understanding or trying to understand requests. Our stay was with several nights accommodation too and although the bungalows seem super, our sleep was just awful - bungalows don't have windows, so you'll get to wrestle your sleep with all the noises from screaming birds at 6 AM, construction workers saws and hammers at 5 AM (or 8 AM on Sunday), and also loud speaking and handling their gear of cleaning personnel just outside your window. After 3 nights we can't get to some place with a peaceful and quiet mornings. So it's just sad how all that potential is wasted away - hopefully they can take the feedback into account, get their new building finished up and get to the potential level of a good accommodation place.

Tunza resort. The cocktail was epic cause of the wonderful view. Karibu Mwanza, karibu Tunza Resort... but mostly wash your hands n be safe.

If you need a beach shore with a place for kids to play, good room cottages, nice view sunset, and greenish trees and bird sounds...feels nice being kwa Tunza....
