great hospital. very affordable I can say and also supports NHIF insurance services. They have high tech. equipment and very clean environment. it is on city center so traffic is heavy especially on peak hours all access roads are filled with vehicles

Very Bad customer service. I called previously to check if the doctor had checked in today. They said that she was there and that we could come. I went there after the lunch break as the doctor would be leaving at 3. It had been more than an hour and the doctor had not come back from her break. They later tell us to leave as the doctor has left for the day. I don't understand why they gave us an appointment if the doctor had left. Most of my time was wasted and the staff were very rude. Even the refund was not properly given. All in all it was a bad experience.

The hospital has good equipment but Very poor in Managing appoitments. There is avery long que of Patient waiting sometime simple lab ttest took more than 3 hours I dont recommend this hospital for serious ailments. Better opt another hospital.

Clean, Good service, Not Crowded

Dear all, It's an absolutely bad experience for patients to wait for that long for their medications at Regency hospital pharmacy department! And please be informed, this "mighty service" ("PHARMACY") at Regency hospital is supposed to be "24 hours" operational (yes, 24 hours!), which means, it must serve patients as normal around the clock! Unfortunately, that isn't the case... It's up to the Regency hospital management to sort out this issue as a matter of urgency for the benefit of patients and those who accompany them to the hospital! And you know what?!...the situation (of waiting for your medications "endlessly"!) is even more critical at the night...with scores of mosquitoes enthusiastically waiting to have a go on you! FYI, these species of mosquitoes can bite...

Service improved I’ve changed my rating keep it up very poor service for result collection after paying for results of 15-20 mins they tell u 7 days then that add up 13 days ,they lost blood sample of my son wanted me to take him again they lied blood wasn't enough ,we argued they agreed it was misplaced and found it in the end , including x ray results took more then 7 days ,lady on phone screeming on-top of delays result ,I won't recommend this hospital

there are some specialists who think they have it all, what they do is listen to you, record and give you medicine. but they dont tell you go for testing first. it has happened three times, he always listen and record then gives me medicine without investigation. so whats next is, i was prescribed with wrong medicine 3 times. went to the other hospital i found out what i was suffering from then they gave me some medicines that cured my disease.

Was such an elegant and top-notch customer service that i received from this lady (Esther Rubunda). Surely very professional guide and quick access of service. I will definitely recommend Regency Medical Centre as preferred choice when it comes to health servcie needs.

The Regency Medical Centre has qualified Doctors, Physicians and Nurses and it is Customer friendly. It has mostly all Laboratory Equipments, a Pharmacy , In house and Out house patient services and a very clean environment. Love and Care is visible too! Report early and get treated fast!

It can take to up to 4hrs to wait for a simple malaria test The lab tech was very harsh and used very discouraging words when taking some tests, I guess if ur using insurance the treatment they give u is next to nothing compared to cash patients.

It's great so far🌼I love the Indian doctors quite responsible and caring
