Visited the Health Centre in Dec 2017. Staff are very supportive with a friendly helpful attitude; the service is exceptionally good, the environmental hygiene is highly maintained and the patient flow management system is very efficient. I would recommend anyone to Alexia Health Centre.

It is still a newly health facility around Toangoma, Kigamboni area. Surrounding's offers good quality services and much more. Get regular checkups and treatment here as their moto says, your health is your wealth.

My child who was dehydrated from diarrhea, and Labs indicated UTI. Was hypotensive. She was very weak even had blurred vision. But no Dr went to see her for 6 hrs into admission. No Electrolyte panel drawn to see her body homeostasis, and kidney function, despite asking for it. Until the next morning, and they refused to share the results with me ( knowing im in the medical field) . However one Nurse Ibra saved the day on admission, even with the Dr missing. He madr sure she was rehydrated upon my insistence, and her low BP was remaining above 90 systolic., controlled her vomiting with Antiemetics, all this while we waited for ONE dr who in a delivery C section. ( later found out her blood PH was 7.65 ( metabolic acidosis) which can be fatal if not addressed fast ) . Look up the mortality rate.Thank God and the Nurse Ibra for his Due Diligence. it went downhill from there after shift change and when other nurses took over , along with one arrogant Dr who refused to speak to me until i said i was moving my child elsewhere which i did eventually. Vitals signs were Not done every 4 hours, unless u demand it several times. One Night nurse did it once the whole night. Day nurse Once every 6 hours. ( only 5 patients for the nurse ) A child is in pain You have to ask for paracetamol and wait 3-4 hours for a child to get IV Paracetamol because they can’t swallow pill without throwing up. You have to ask for IV fluids , even with Blood Pressure systolic 83, Nurse says “nifanye nini sasa, itabidi tumsubiri daktrari” without going to call them , just sit and wait. My child is fairly in stable condition, but I would not bring someone here whos life is hanging on the thread if i don’t supervise care and even bribe if necessary. They refuse to even give info of plan of care .. unless u demand it. But cannot tell you lab results.. even if you are a parent ( medical professional). CEO needs to do better, if staffing Dr is an issue put their subordinates to answer the calls on their behalf for small things like IV fluids or Pain med or antiEmetics. One should NOT have to wait for hours for such services.. im disappointed. In fear of negligence, refusing to release Electrolytes Lab reports ( which no blood was drawn) and One Arrogant Dr , I asked my child to be Moved another Hospital. I’ll see you in Person when i get in town soon. At discharge they release the lab results : her Blood PH was 7.65 ( which needs to be ICU care ) and all this time i was the one asking for Iv Fluids to be given, and Dr Mbishi kutoa Iv fluids ( 4 bags were given by Me Forcing the issue) . Then they just give one 500 LR all night, with a PH of 7.65. Very Reckless . Ilibiidi mtoto alazimishwe na Aunt wake Kunywa Maji Lita nzima kwa nguvu maana sikuwa na Imani na Matibabu tena. Im glad tumetoka Salama , it could’ve ended Bad if Nurse Ibra Hakumpatia Normal Saline Mara 2 huku Akimsubiri Daktati. Keep that Nurse : he’s better at his job and communication skills is on point

alexia hospital is the only hospital with the best service and compassionate, loving and comforting staff from the reception, the doctors in the laboratory to the ward when you are admitted you feel like you are recovering before the treatment, in fact they serve you very funny compared to all the hospitals I have ever been to God bless you a lot and keep it up that spirit🙏

Alexia has saved my life more than once. I would like to thank Dr. Vincent the physician, Dr. Seif and Dr. Jacob together with the nurses for taking the time to review my case and provide me with the best care ever whenever I get admitted here. For the few of us with recurring conditions, we understand the importance of having a doctor or in this case doctors who will take you seriously, especially in an emergency. I was well received, given prompt first aid until I was stable enough to explain myself. They were very keen to make sure they reviewed every angle. I got to stay at the new VIP wards, hizo room ni kama nipo hoteli. The staff is always empathetic and considerate and they make you feel very comfortable. You wont regret coming here!!!

Alexia hospital is a one among the best hospital I have ever visit.I just visited once but I real like the good customer service from the receptionists,nurses and doctors,More over they have clean wards which maintain the patients privacy.Keep it up team 👍

Great health care services at reasonable cost. Health insurance are allowed here. Doctors and nurses are friendly throughout the time. Emergency desk and department works 24 hours. Though the hospital are is very small. The hospital is along the the main road, Car parking is available at limited people. Simple good hospital.
