We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the food. The pool was peaceful with good poolside food and drink service. Our room and patio were lovely. Our bathroom was quite nice including bathrobes! The gardens were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The accommodations are comfortable and ground gardens are beautiful! A back deck faces the gardens to enjoy coffee in the morning, smell the flowers and watch the birds. Room is air conditioned which was such an added perk! Would definitely recommend for a one-night stay or a couple of days to explore Arusha!

Our stay at Airport Planet Lodge was fantastic. I truly felt at home for the 2 nights we stayed. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The food was delicious, the rooms were big and nice. The bathroom was luxurious and clean. You won’t regret staying here! Everest and David will ensure you’re taken care of.

Their website does not give an accurate representation of how great this place is. It is a perfect stop for a layover to catch some ZZZ or relax before your flight. They offer great shuttle to and from the airport, you can get a service to make a quick day trip to Arusha, rooms are comfy and staff are amazing. Definitely staying again

What a wonderful experience! Such a kind, warm-hearted staff. So refreshing to be welcomed with cool towels and guava juice. The rooms are beautiful and clean and it was an unexpected surprise to have air conditioning after a week without. The pool is clean and perfectly located next to a restaurant equipped with delicious food and friendly staff. I love the weekend breakfast options! They also have spa services on the grounds and super easy transit to and from the airport. Asante Sana, Planet Lodge!

I was recently traveling solo and chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and shuttle service. James was waiting for me as scheduled and all of the staff were so welcoming upon my arrival. Everything was very clean and the food was great. Highly recommend!

Expensive. $125 for a room for 3 hours, while we waited for a plane. Garden akin to a Prison with high its high walls inlaid with glass shards. Full of malarial mosquitoes. the kids liked their pizza. Semi comfortable with pool and bar but frankly they can eff off.

Spent only one night. Had to leave at 4am for the airport. Drop organized by the hotel was efficient. Food dinner at the hotel was good. Overall a pleasant experience

There are shady trees and the hotel ground is huge, the pool is good too- ideal for children to play around. It’s quiet and laidback. So many different birds visit regularly. Few small Suggestion- for the Hotel Management- The online payment system needs to be improved, ACs should be a bit bigger and more powerful as it can get quite hot in the noon and in summer months in Tanzania 🇹🇿 - November to February. The hotel management may plant more colourful flowers like roses and calendulas etc as the soil and climate is ideal. The manager Mr Abuu, and staffs Yohana and Tegemea are particularly very helpful, kind. All staffs are very efficient kind and take very good care of all the guests.

An oasis of calm nearby the airport. They've done a great job of creating a very relaxing atmosphere with the pool and gardens that populate the walled property. Food is very good, and there were no issues with the service. Free airport transfers are a definite bonus. A perfect place to spend a night pre-departure!

Very nice and beautiful lodge with comfortable big rooms and huge beds. The staff is very kind and attentive, they want you to have the best stay. It was a very nice and short stay where we relaxed from the safari before. Only the internet connection could be better, but that's not the most important when you are on holidays and want to relax.

Nice place but the day room prices were astronomical butter options out there $120 for 2 hours … would recommend for day use but looks like a nice property for longer stays …. Only issue it’s far from anything but about 10 min from the airport

As an airporthotel it fills it function very well. Staff wonderful, food ok nd big nice rooms. But along mainway nd nothing else then to stay in the area of the hotel.

During my stay at the lodge there was a constant problem with the internet signal . I was told that they were working on it to solve the problem but were unable to. The selection of food at the breakfast which was included in the price of staying there was very poor and they always served the same kind of food. The landscaping at the premise looked like it was neglected . The front as well as the back door in my rooms did not fit the frame so there were gaps inviting at night insects into the rooms. The last night I requested a wake up call but they forgot to call . Good that I did not have a flight scheduled that morning. I wonder if I had had a plane that morning who would have paid for the missed flight. But when I was packing my belongings they remembered to call me a few times asking when I was going to leave the room. When I asked for an hour of extension they charged me $20 for each hour of staying there longer. The night before my driver told me that he makes $4 for a day of hard work in the construction business. If you want to avoid these issues better find a different place.

Just one over ight here after we landed. If not in the main hotel a little outdoor walk to your room. Shower took a while to get hot but large bathroom. Great bed and main room. Breakfast was good and open dinning so take a sweater if chilly.

Great place if you travel to Kilimanjaro, and have to stay close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean. Situated 10 minutes drive from JRO international airport. 5 minutes walk from a convenient store.

I stayed here for a few days ahead of hiking Kilimanjaro and going on safari. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and all the meals I had there were delicious. And if you ever need anything, Paul will magically appear and get it to you. I don't know how he does it.

Excellent place for relaxing. Staff are well trained and very professional. Rooms are big, well kept and organized. Washrooms are very spacious and clean. Food can be prepared to your taste and is delicious. I recommend you spend time at this lodge. Very conveniently located and you can easily access Moshi, Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport ,

Beautiful lodge, large shower, and huge pool which I wish we had time to enjoy. The staff is so kind and attentive, everyone from the front desk to the chef! And we were VERY impressed with the food! Everything made fresh to order, perfectly seasoned, delicious and flavorful. Breakfast was huge, so bring your appetite! Only complaint was Wi-Fi didn't work well in the room, but it did in the lounge and restaurant. Very convenient for your next trip into the Kilimanjaro airport as they provide free shuttle transportation. Highly recommend 👌
