Worst ever experience, don’t ever go there but rather to NSK!!!! I had a motorcycle accident, strong head bleeding, 7 cm laceration, fractured shoulder. They did not even give me a pain killer, made me stand up 6x without any support for doing some payments before doing treatments, which they did after 4 hours of waiting time! The treatment - stitching- was done in a auch bad way that I needed to do it again the next day at NSK. Please don’t go there ever!

Very nice place to seek health care. They need some improvement especially in case of triage.Good preparation for old people, pregnant and children done but still waiting for their numbers! Complications for nihf services need solution, Drs prescribed many drugs which are not available in the facility and ending up by instructing to look out. Dr's afraid to change the drug prescribed by another Dr.

Rather unorganized. 50.000 Tsh consultation fee. The doctor very quickly misdiagnosed my subdermal bacterial infection as a fungal one - prescribing me useless medicine and making me sit around idly for days while the infection got worse. Go to Aga Khan instead of you want quality care.

We lost our dad here because nurses and doctors were ignoring him! The moment he couldn’t talk anymore that’s when they started running up and down trying to save when they had 2days to do all when the man was conscious and calling for help. The nurses would literally ignore him and go to sleep at night! They had a chance to save him but the mhaya doctor (I don’t know if he still there) then decided he was going to take his time to further actions until pt was in ICU. Well, I hope you celebrate with your families when people die cause of your employees negligence.

Went to ALMC for Covid testing for travel. Paid over $100usd for test and govt control. Was assured I would have results prior to my flight. Did not get results in time and had to travel tomDar Es Salaam and pay for govt control and test again. Do not recommend for travelers needing Covid test.
