Very pleasant camp with new toilets cleaned every day. The hike down to the camp is pretty and the hike next day via the Baranco Wall exciting. Having the wall and the peak in your view in the morning with the first hikers making it up the wall, triumphantly yelling from above is just fun and pumps you up for the day's adventure :)

In my opinion, this camp had the most spectacular view. There's also signal towers here so you can send messages to your loved ones. The reason i consider this to be one of the best campsites is because you had this behemoth called the Baranco wall staring at you that you would be ascending the following day. You will also find a large amount of senecio trees before you reach the camp. It's also the only camp where I saw a flowing stream. You also get a beautiful view of an ocean of clouds. You are truly sleeping above the clouds at this camp site. Getting here was quite challenging due to the altitude but it was totally worth it.

After Lava Tower it is a straight down trek to Baranco Camp. It is a great view for the evening after a long day. The Baranco Wall is almost too massive to comprehend scaling, but we will tomorrow! Captain Ahab of Ahab's Adventures

one can begin to feel the thin air, take it easy and drink plenty of water. The view is formidable, remember to enjoy it and be ready for next morning's climb on "the wall". The weather can change very quickly, it is seen in the video.

This is the camp in kilimanjaro national park and it the best place where you can get the good view of Mount kilimanjaro

The Baranco camp gives you a clear view of the famous Baranco wall. It is 3900m above sea level which is considerably high. The camp has well serviced toilets and it has a functional helipad. It also gives you an amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro

One of the camps used before hiking to the summit Uhuru Peak of Kilimanjaro mountain. Travellers be prepared for cold and rainy weather along with lack of electricity or mobile network!

Great camp next to the Barranco Wall, which you will be ascending the next day. The views of Kibo peak are phenomenal from the camp. Those doing 6 day Machame, instead of 7, will most likely skip this camp and only stay for a couple of hours to rest.

Huge CAMP, where umbwe route, machame route and lemosho rute meets, great valley in shape, if no clouds it's a place that favour nice look of mountain view, weather is very cold, next day to embark baranco wall to karanga camp

This campsite offers one of best views of Kilimanjaro. The mount Kibo and daunting Barranco wall is visible from the campsite. It has one building with public toilets and there is a helipad nearby in case a hiker encounters an emergency health problem.
