They have a great workout ethic, lots of helpful trainers and trainees. Some equipments are not well maintained but they have good amount of weight. 🏋️ Great place to begin your fitness journey.

Please note the following review is based on western standards due to the similar if not higher cost of admission. 1 star - friendliness of staff and patrons, i felt comfortable and welcome. 2 star - selection of equipment, plenty to choose from. -1 star - cleaners barely cleaning floor surfaces, if they are not cleaning equipment then at least provide disinfectant and tissues. -1 star - a/c not doing enough, windows were all open and it was very humid. A couple of fans would help enormously. -1 star - bring your own water, a first for me in a gym charging western prices.

No aerobic machines work properly. Trainers have an absurd attitude. The place is run down. False advertising

Nice place for BBQ as lunch

It was a nice experience woking out in this gym.The people who comes here are so friendly and the manager Mr.Bhasir was soo friendly and it was good interactive with him and the trainer inside are really helpful with me in shooting some videos.Surely I’ll suggest this gym for the people who are travelling around.The cost for one day pass is also reasonable.

Alot of equipments available, trainer and shower room. Clean and well aerated. Tends to be quite occupied in the evenings. Men and women have different times. But evening are collective for all

after good renovation done on this gym. is great place to have effective aerobic with very experience lady trainer during Ladies only aerobic monday to friday between 9:00-12:30. i recommend this gym especially Ladies who looking bit of especial time with ladies friends.
