On my holiday to Dar Es Salam I booked a treatment for a husband and I. I had the pedicure and full body massage and my husband the full body massage and a facial. I have to say, we were both well taken care of from beginning to end. It was quick and easy to book the appointment. The salon was very clean and presentable and the staff were friendly and attentive. We left feeling refreshed and definitely impressed. Thank you to the girls who did our treatments. I think Rehma was one of the ladies names, I’d recommend her for a massage.

They guided me through the process and advised me on what’s best. The owner is amazing and sweet, she gave me an amazing haircut and made me look beautiful. I also did hair color and highlights, at the end I was smiling at how beautiful I looked and it matched me so well. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted this morning.… and OMG ! Absolutely LOVE how they turned out !! I had my haircut over there. The ambiance is very good and so the hair cut. The owner and receptionist are very sweet deals very politely. I am very particular about my hair cuts and ma'am Beena did a justified job on my hair just loved that. But one thing I feel is a drawback i.e. blow drying I felt little disappointed over that department, didn't get the desired results. But overall a good experience would definitely recommend to visit.

I found Heaven’s spa online because it has very good reviews on google. Unfortunately me and my friend were not happy with our experience. The stuff were friendly but I got impression that they were rushing to finish their job at 6pm (we came at 5pm). So I did pedicure and gel nail polish. My nails were cut too short and not even, I even have a few cuts on my skin. The nail polish was also applied uneven and after 1 day I have air loops. I do for myself much better at home to be honest...

I was welcomed with a smile. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms and equipment are clean. Great services. I’ve had a great experience!

I went to Heavens Beauty and Spa on my sisters recommendation. Coming from Cape Town, I had never visited before but they were utterly professional and so well organised. I went in for a pedicure and wanted a facial later. I arrived 45 mins late for my appointment but Bina kept the place open for me as my big day was just a day away. They closed at 8 pm that day and stayed an hour more just so that I got the quality service they offer. I can't thank her enough. I would totally recommend them, their standards are great and they treat their customers likely royalty.

First the did not have too much staff. They over priced me. Be careful of their menu and be clear of the prices before you get the service. After your done they will tell you a higher price. Don’t pay a penny more than the original agreed price.

They promised that their tips would last about a week, however they didn’t not even last a day. And when I asked for a refund they said it would not be possible. They were also not very Friendly and took my picture without my consent.

Did a aromatherapy and it was not upto mark. Not used aroma oil, neither it was hot. I do facial here.. Its good service but this time I did not feel good even though it's expensive!!!
