It's a shame to allow such buildings to raise in Africa. Poor management doesn't help a staff trying to do their best to help hopeless clients. Very dirty common spaces with an horrible smell at many floors, amenities not working. Elevators dangerous !!! Also, there's nothing Tanzanian in this...indian acting like colonizers took the control of this horrible and pretentious place Should be destroyed.

Nice apartment and shops woth efficient parking

A crappy place : pretend offering luxury apartments; unsafe elevators, swimming pool and gym not available, disgusting stairways, horrible humidity in the apartments... running cockroaches in the kitchen and dirty bed sheets... the shame of Dar es Salaam ! RUN FAR AWAY !!!

Beautiful on the outside, disgusting on the inside. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Even climbing into bed. Outdated appliances. Gym is only open when they decide (should be 24hr not everyone is Muslim) Seems to be a mold/ humidity issue as I started to become sick staying here. I stayed for an Airbnb and canceled my stay because for the same price more or less you can get a better quality hotel. I booked the apartment because I wanted to be able to cook. But who’s cooking next to roaches?? STAY AWAY from here

We stayed in the Downtown Seaview apartment at Uhuru Heights on the 16th Floor, from 12th - 16th March 2021. The place looks deceptively good in the pictures, not in real life. The main entrance door to the common area appears to be falling out of the wall. The bedroom smelled pretty bad because of the humidity and noxious smell coming in from just outside the bathroom. The bathroom was in bad taste with the black handbasin countertop looking extremely nasty due to age-old stains that nobody has cared to cleanup. The kitchen is infested with cockroaches and the washer is rusted and smells bad. Future potential clients MUST avoid this place at all cost.

This building is full of cockroaches…they are everywhere u can’t get rid of them ..also the place is very smelly and old .

Uhuru Heights is a commercial cum residential tower located in East Upanga along Bibi Titi Mohamed Road. The building accommodates retail shops in basement and ground floor, inhouse parking and officess from P1 to P9 and residential apartments from 10th to 24th floors with a pentihouse apartment on 25th floor. The apartments have different views ranging from City view, Sea view, Harbour View and semi sea view.

Never took interest in this building till today when I was standing opposite it. It’s beautiful
